New store that is completely disorganized and poorly run. Do not leave the store or drive through without opening your order and checking each part. Waits are long for even simple orders. The food is good when / if you get the right order. They do not double check orders and do not try very hard to "make it right" when they do make mistakes.
Updated September 2018 Sad to see service hasn’t improved much. Signs on the drive thru ask for patience as they train new employees - I don’t see that the wait times are any longer, but the honesty is appreciated. Rafey was very kind and helpful. This place has a solid potential at this location but really needs to improve speed and acuracy.

After some slight improvements, this location is worse than ever. It seems the employees don’t have adequate training on the computers or the ordering system is unnecessarily complicated, but orders are often wrong and service is slow. Check your oder and resolve any issues BEFORE you leave the store, because the online system will do little to nothing to fix mistakes. I made the mistake of not fixing an order in the drive through when in a time crunch and out of pity for the six cars waiting behind me - big mistake.
Better yet, drive the extra distance to go to another Einstein (Lafayette has never made a mistake on an order and are quick) or get breakfast someplace else. If I didn’t work nearby, I would never go here and now only go to redeem rewards for free stuff from...
Read moreThis was our first time visiting this location, mind you we have been to many of their stores. This one is by far the worst. The woman Jennifer at the register was horribly rude. Not only did she not even smile or greet us when we walked up, and said absolutely nothing when we were at the register. We greeted HER with a hello and a wave, absolutely no response. This is by far one of the most unfriendly employees I've ever encountered. We ordered our bagels and coffee. We had just downloaded the Einstein's app and werent sure if she needed to scan or not first, and let her know we had the app when she asked for our name, thinking it would show up when she scanned. She never explained anything about the app. When we let her know we had the app, she repeated "NAME, NAME, NAME. OKAY NOW I CAN SCAN YOUR APP." MULTIPLE TIMES IN A ROW. I worked at a coffee shop for 5 years and would never EVER treat a customer this way. I am so disappointed for this location, and for the business for hiring such an unfriendly employee. Maybe she was having a bad day but you dont give that vibe to your customers, especially friendly ones who have caused no problems. Read more3/23/2025 2 consecutive days now my wife and I have come in to order the exact same order. (Plain bagel, 2 eggs, turkey sausage and a drip coffee each) yet, 2 days in a row we have received one bagel as ordered and the other with bacon, I am allergic to pork as my body doesn’t digest it well, so 2 days I’ve paid for a sandwich I didn’t receive and thus couldn’t eat. Both times have been to go orders as we are doing some traveling in the Denver area. Also, 2 days in a row I’ve called to seek a resolution, and. As you guessed it, 2 days in a row I’ve called multiple times and not spoken to a single individual. Thoroughly annoyed and feeling robbed as I can’t even seek a solution without now using even more petrol to return to the same place that can’t seem to get the most simple order correct.
Inside is a mess, tables were all dirty (which lead to us ordering to go both days) cashier was clearly grabbing at his junk, and digging in his ears moments before handing us our coffee cups. The breakfast blend was completely empty.
Save yourself the time and headache and just grab some food at Snooze next door.
As a regular Einstein enthusiast, this is easily the worst location overall that we have been to across our travels...
