Sent my son to go get food for the family. After some confusion on meals since they have changed the menu again, and while my son is on the phone with us in front of the cashier, we finally place the order. 5 meals and a rice krispy treat. He gets home to find out they had forgotten a meal, so we sent him back. He calls me upset saying that because he didn't have the bag to prove his order that they wont replace the meal. We kept the food and ate it seeing as it was his meal that was forgotten, why would we send him back with all of the food? She also swears that she made two, whether the other one made it to the bag or not. I hang up with my son to immediately call the store and speak with the manager on duty Stephanie, who promptly informed me that my son had stolen several cookies. I tell her that I do not believe her for one second. My son is a good kid. She is insistent that she saw him do it with her own eyes. I still am emphatically telling her that I do not believe her. She finally tells me she is making the meal and to have him come back to get it, which she then confronts him to his face about stealing A cookie. Well she told me several, was it one or several? Rather inconsistent story from her. My rather large family had been eating at this location since its opening, never an incident. Was always good, until now. Now I will be having to go out of my way to eat Noodle and Company since I now refuse to go to a store who treats their customers so abhorrently. Just a warning, watch your children for fear of being accused of stealing. I would avoid the cookies and rice krispy treats so your not labeled a thief. I will be getting a hold of the general manager tomorrow to review the cameras and will be logging a formal complaint against...
Read moreNot impressed. The parking lot was full but it was definitely for the restaurant next door. First off, the biggest downside of a restaurant for me is if they don't have a menu item. As we ordered they told us that they didn't have any bread because their oven was broken. This sounds like a management problem to me and at this point I probably should have just gone elsewhere. My daughter had her heart set on it so we proceeded to order. We received our cups to make our drinks at the multi-machine. If you have never seen one, it's a state of the art drink mixing machine that any self respecting restaurant would be proud to own. Clearly they are not proud of their machine. It's June and we are here for lunch.....why would we not want ice in our drinks. I asked the lady and she said she could bring some out if we really wanted it but the drinks would dispense cold. There are no other customers in the store, you should be filling ice and restocking the drink area anyway. This was a very disappointing visit and I probably won't go out of my way to get...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving them a one star is because there is not an option for no stars let alone a -5 star. I ordered a simple Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and can't believe how it was possible they screwed it up so badly. Firstly, the order took over 31 minutes. Secondly, the order they served me looks like someone ate out of it and they recycled it. The noodles lacked the cheese that is supposed to go on top, there are brown noodles in there and the only one noodle with cheese on it is dry and disgusting. They clearly don't hire enough people because there was a line out the door with people waiting for their food, several people stopped waiting and just requested refunds since it was over 30 minutes for an order. I literally could have gotten a take out order from Olive Garden in less time and for the same price. This place is poorly managed, they don't care about customer service, and I am questioning whether they would pass a health inspection based on what...
