Because of this Domino's I will NEVER EVER EVER order from Domino's pizza again!!!!! It was my sons Christmas party at school today. I volunteered to buy all the kids lunch. They eat at 10:30 am but for the pizza they extended their lunch time to 11:00 am. I went online at 10:04 am and placed an order for 11:00 am delivery. It was 10:45 am when I started tracking the order at 10:43 am it was still not being started. So I tried calling the store and no answer. It would just ring and ring and at one point I even got hung up on. I tried calling over 100 times and no luck. It was 12:08 when the teacher messaged me that the kids were hungry and still no pizza if I could try finding out about the pizza. I called corporate customer service and was # 15 in line to speak to someone. At this point I decided to go buy pizza elsewhere and hand deliver it to the kids. They didn't eat til 12:48. I just got a call that the pizza was delivered 2 hours and 16 minutes after the delivery time. Still no answer at the store. Unacceptable. This is for a Kindergarten class. I understand that sometimes things happen but at least a call for a heads up would be appreciated so that I could make other arrangements. Unacceptable. HORRIBLE. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Honestly it should be -10 stars.
Edit - So I finally got in contact with the store and the call was given to the "Manager Araceli" Horrible customer service. Actually told me that I should of ordered the pizza and picked up to deliver it myself to avoid this. They also advised me that when they get "to busy" they turn off their phones which in my opinion is unacceptable. If I was able to get through to them in the first place and they would of advised me of how "backed up they were" I would of cancelled my order right then and there and would of avoided all of this issue. I want a refund. I will never ever ever especially after my conversation with the "manager" order from Dominos again. Like I told her their reviews speak for themselves. Read moreI spoke to Steven who had the worst attitude I’ve ever heard from your company I asked for a manager because I used the app and it chose the store I’m not from here but it had my correct address but he said it two hours away and he’s canceling my order and hung up I called back and again the most apathetic attitude from a Dominos representative I ever experienced usually I have a wonderful experience and I enjoy your food very much. That’s why I chose Domino’s because it is a superior product with excellent customer service but today I’ve been treated in a way that I don’t think I’ll ever want to use Domino’s again. I asked to speak to the manager. Steven said he’s the manager I asked for the managers name because he said the other manager had stepped out for the daysaid he was the manager on duty.
