Worst service ever. I had ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. When I got it to my house, it had about 8 pepperonis and NO SAUCE with too much cheese! Not the way I ordered it at all. I called back to let them know. They said it would be about an hour and a half before they can get a new one to me. So I offered to go down to the store myself so I can get it faster. The "manager" still tells me to bring the pizza so they can take a look at it and use it as an "example" on what not to do. So I did, I went and took the pizza and he agreed with me on how it was not made the way I ordered it. He tells me he cant refund my money because I had paid cash? Okay? Why does that matter? I was fine with it because he had said on my next order I would have a comped Pizza. So I call about 2 weeks later to order a pizza, I explained to lady on the phone my situation and how this pizza should be taken care off, she let me know that they had refunded me the money on my last visit. That was not true, she was not the one who helped me that day anyway, it was gentleman and she was sure it was her? She let me know that on her side it showed my money was refunded. It wasn't, and I'm positive about it. I just thought this was horrible customer service! To top it off, I told her on the phone that never mind, it was fine. I ordered online and had a window or 5:57-6:07pm
I received a text at 5:39 that my order was en route
At 5:50 I went downstairs to ensure that I didn't miss the driver since my building needs a key faub. On my way down the elevator I got a notification on the tracking app that my food had been delivered. I called the store, as the delivery had not arrived, and was told the driver couldn't reach me and had gotten my voicemail.
I see no missed calls and no voicemail, and told the manager that I was waiting outside the building. I was told that the driver would come back out with the food.
I called back at 6:30 when I hadn't seen the driver only to be told that another manager canceled the order when I first called in. Why was I lied to?
I asked to speak to the manager, who picked up the phone and said "HELLO?" and within one second hung up the phone.
I called back and spoke with 'Jessie' who told me there was nothing he could do, and I had been refunded, when I told him I don't see it in my account, he looked up the confirmation number and then magically it showed up in my pending transactions 10 minutes later.
Do not lie to your customers.

Read moreI'm very, very sad. We've eaten at this Papa John's as our conference dinner every year for years. This is the first time we've had so many problems. They told us someone had tried to steal their AC unit which messed up their walk-in fridge. That explained why there was no ice. Water was only available from the bathroom. So... we just ordered a luke-warm 2-liter of Pepsi and poured it into cups. (no lids or straws available). The visit, unfortunately, got worse. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for my family. Since I couldn't eat the pizza because of allergies, I ordered boneless chicken wings. The pizza and breadsticks arrived but they'd forgotten my boneless wings. They comped us a free dessert which was nice. When my chicken arrived, I asked for a fork. They said they don't have any silverware at all. I'm not sure how anyone could eat boneless wings covered in BBQ sauce. I couldn't. By then I had to get back to my booth at the convention so I left with no supper. My family finished up their food and brought mine to the hotel. I got a fork from the hotel and went upstairs to eat. It wasn't boneless wings. It was bone-in and they were terrible.
