I would have loved to give them a higher review, but unfortunately that is not the case. I ordered the pear and ham sandwich and fries. Nothing on it tasted remotely like pear. Though, the real problem was that there was a sizable piece of glass/plastic in my sandwich. I brought it to the counter and the person behind the counter consulted with the kitchen. I was told you either can get your sandwich comped or you can get a new sandwich. Now, at this point, the staff looked pretty overwhelmed (even though they weren’t super busy) to the point I was worried they would spit in my food if I asked for a new sandwich (or I would get more plastic/glass in it again), so I asked for it to be comped. I asked if they knew what happened so I could know if I could proceed eating the sandwich. They proceeded to tell me, well, it happened yesterday, but it seems highly unlikely there would be more than one piece in the sandwich. Lo and behold, when I took the rest home so I could inspect it further, there was another piece. Beer was fine, fries were great, but proceed with caution if you order any other food item. The beer is decent, and the food is good—but only if the kitchen is actually open. I went on a Friday night expecting dinner, knowing the posted kitchen closing time was 9 PM. However, I was told the kitchen had closed at 8:32 PM. The reason? I was informed the kitchen was “backed up.”

To add to the confusion, my friend placed his order just two minutes before I arrived. His food was served in under 10 minutes, and he had finished his meal well before 8:50 PM.

If you're planning to eat here, don’t bother showing up after 7 PM, as it seems they don’t stick to their advertised schedule. It’s frustrating and disappointing for those of us who expect businesses to honor their hours of operation

Burgers are great!

I’ve been here five times. The first three of them have been good experiences.

We went before noon on Saturday and they were serving brunch…no burgers. I’d say skip this. We were both disappointed.

Then I went with a couple of guys and it happened to be a concert night. So they were doing “concert burgers”. When I ordered I didn’t realize that wasn’t just an option. We would have gone somewhere else that night. We were asked if we were going to the concert…said no. So, we had to wait until everyone else got their food. We were the last served and got some really substandard burgers.
