While I like the shakes, the service could be a lot better. The music is so loud that even when the blenders aren't running you can barely hear the other person talking to you. I waited 15 minutes on my lunch and want acknowledged other than the hi when I walked in. First visit...very clean and welcoming atmosphere. My shake was delicioplaced However...when I entered the young girl at the front counter was leaning on it talking to customers and once I gave her my order she got a cup and placed it upside down on the front counter right where she had just been leaning her arms on the same counter. I love all of the shops but I will always go out of my way for Downtown Nutrition! I cannot say enough good things about their weekday staff! They make my mornings soo much better by being super friendly, efficient, and making the best tasting teas. They also have a great menu and are always making amazing tea specials that keep me happy, as I love variety. They make it the obvious choice for my morning tea....
