Visited on 10/26 & 10/27. The service and food was very very very very different. To the point, Saturday crew needs to train Sunday crew. Saturday, the cashier was communicative and friendly though already busy , when the orders were ready numbers were being called out by the preprarers who were also friendly and communicative though busy and overall the energy was upbeat. THE food was prepared neatly and cooked thoroughly tasted great . Sunday, a different crew: low energy but could hear the food preps having regular conversation with each other, food was thrown out to the order area quick but numbers were not being called out, once it started getting busy the food preparers weren't conversing anymore with each other but they weren't calling out orders just quiet. Once I realized they were just putting orders in the order area I looked for mine and started eating, the hashbrowns though greasy and dark brown were under cooked, turkey sausage in sandwich was under cooked as well with reddish tint . Both items left weird bleachy chemically after tastes in my mouth that re-affirmed the frozen items were not cooked all the way through and the preprarers were rushing food out instead of ensuring items were properly cooked. Looking around I noticed another person with a bagel who had bacon instead and it did not look cooked thoroughly, it looked chewy. Again, the Saturday morning crew was phenomenal and they were already busy before I entered and the food was great I give them 5 stars . The Sunday crew needs training on everything and they didn't start getting busy until after I walked in. The cashier from the Sunday crew was very sweet...
Read moreI'm pretty sure the guys who assisted me were higher than London's fresh air. I placed a mobile order in the morning and called before going in to make sure it was ready. On the phone, the man who answered said the order wasn't there. I asked if it was put back, and he said he wasn't sure, he wasn't there this morning. So I asked, how long do I have between placing an order and picking it up before it gets put back? He says, I don't know. I ask, so will I be getting a refund? He says, I don't know.
I ended up going in. He and another man were behind the counter. I explained who I was, and they stared at me. I asked if I'd talked to either of them on the phone in the last 20 minutes, and they stared at me before one of them said "Mobile order?" I say yes, and he starts to walk away, telling me to pick out my donuts as he leaves. The other guy, still staring at me like I have horns, gets my requested donuts and boxes them up. I ask if he needs to see my email confirmation, and he stares at me. At this point he has still not said a word. I reach out and he tentatively hands me the box. I say, "So we're good?" He stares. I say "Okay, bye?" And he mumbles an almost shocked "Bye." And I leave.
It was a BIZARRELY awkward conversation. The donuts were great, they had all the flavors I'd originally ordered, and I wasn't double-charged or anything, hence not giving this review one-star, but the interaction was weird and the lack of any knowledge in regards to the fate of my first order was off-putting. I'll probably pass on visiting this Dunkin...
Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars, I would. This Dunkin doughnuts is 24 hours. So you would expect a variety of doughnuts at any time. We went through the drive thru. We wanted a strawberry frosted one. She said they didn't have one. I asked for a vanilla frosted, she said they didn't have one. I told her that we would just pull around and come in to see what doughnuts they have. She did not respond. We pulled around and parked, got out in the rain, and walked up to the door only to see that the lobby is closed, and only the drive thru is open. I have no clue why she would not have told us that when we said we were coming in. We got back in the drive thru. There was a car ahead of us. When we got back up to the spot to order, she said I will be with you shortly. It took about 5 minutes before she came back. Two other cars pulled out of the line from behind us. I asked for a regular glazed she said they were out. I asked what kind they have. They only had 2 apple fritters, and 4 doughnuts. One of the ones that she said they have was a vanilla creme doughnut. We asked for that one. Pulled around. When we got to the window, she told the next person that she would be with soon. When they sounded irritated, she rolled her eyes. We paid and got the doughnut and left. My daughter went to eat it when we had left and it turned out to be a lemon filled doughnut. She hates lemon. We had to throw it out. We are going to Krispy Kreme tomorrow to get a proper doughnut. Hopefully they will have much better service than her too. The receipt said her...
