BEWARE!!! This location is guilty of not giving a damn about their customers and at the very most guilty of theft. My wife's card has our Arby's purchase price returned at an odd time of 2am a week after we had been there. Then the next day Arby's again took our purchase price out of the card and then took it again for the second time this double charging us for our meal. It was 31 dollars for the original purchase and they then took 31 dollars a second time for a total of 62 dollars. We called the manager on duty and were told to call the next morning because evidently that manager could do something. We called them and they said call their card services because they knew of an ongoing problem with them at times and so we called them and got zero help. Plus it was cashapp purchase and like a debit card they were zero help... always use a credit card for purchases because they do get on it more than a bank will. We had all the proof of a double charge and nothing was done and even our local Arby's just shrugged their shoulders. My wife just wanted to give up and that's what they hope you'll do but to me 62 dollars is something I got to work 3 hours to cover. So if you go to this Arby's in Winder Georgia use cash or credit card and watch your charges if you do use a card. Arby's in Winder Georgia I promise to tell everyone I meet about this story as will my family one of which plays piano for a local church. I promise on all I am I will cost you a hundred times more in business than what you took from me...
Read more"New" fish sandwich, tasted 2 weeks old. Nasty! Jalapeno bites were good, though. UPDATE: "Response from the owner" replied to this post, encouraging me to share additional details using "the link below". Too bad the link was A: not a hyperlink, because B: the entire link is not visible nor could it be copied, in the web browser nor the email notification I received. So I'll expand on my experience here. I have seen a hundred or more commercials featuring Mr. Darth Vader's voice himself, touting the exceptional quality and taste of the fish sandwich, and its admirable 2 for $6 deal. MY experience, was that the fish was pungent to the nose and tongue, and was barely as thick as the breading that blanketed it. It looked like white cardboard and had as much flavor. Not at all flaky, crisp, hot or enticing. I took 3 bites of the sandwich. Never even noticed a tartar sauce. Wilted lettuce and a bun. Now here's the kicker. I went to Arby's because I have really enjoyed the gyro wrap, and more importantly, because I had tried the Popeye's fish sammy a few weeks earlier, and it was DA. BOMB. A generous, thick portion of flounder (I believe), in a crispy, properly-fried breading, with tartar and pickles. Very tasty. So there you have it, Owner. 1,600 feet southeast of your location, a true value product, at $4.50, and more than plenty enough so that I didn't need a second "deal". Thanks for your interest and attention to my...
Read moreI buy from here a lot. I like the shakes they serve and so does my 4-year-old. They only have 3 choices but the vanilla and jamoca are awesome. The prices are outrageous, to say the least. About the same as Zaxby and Chick-fil-A. $23 for 2 meals and a shake is crazy. I go through a phase of obsessions where I crave certain places or foods and Arby's has been the place for a while now. Before now I use to go almost every day to buy a shake after picking my niece up from work nearby. Nowadays I can not get enough roast beef sandwiches. It just kills me with the prices especially when I am currently a full-time student with children. Also, the sandwiches lately have been a little less satisfying. The roast beef has hard edges and they taste like they have been sitting a while. I understand that it happens sometimes in restaurants. They aren't always perfectly made. It has been the last few times I have gone through it. Not sure what's changed but I would love for the goodness to return. Sweet tea used to be a favorite of mine also. I do not drink sweet tea from places often. I go to Zaxby just for tea and have always liked Arby's also. The only 2 places I really have liked the tea but now it tastes really watered down and barely flavor. I hope things go back to how they used to be. The service is always really nice though. Always friendly...
