Walked in to grab a pound of fudge on the way out of the Dells, first time there, and I asked my wife if she wanted any, she said no, and the older overweight blonde lady first decided to make a comment about my wife wanting pasta instead of fudge. I asked hey how much is one of these blocks, not sure what weight or price each block was and she yelled at us that we couldn’t read their sign. Admittedly, I didn’t see the sign. Wish I did. Would’ve gotten some fudge. When I decided not to give them my money, she yelled at us on the way out saying “the sign is right in front of your face!” Soooo that’s why I’m here. I think she was trying to keep the inventory for herself.

Edit: it was the Wisconsin dells location on the Main Street near the huckleberry ice cream. Maybe a block down. There were two workers working, it was Sunday evening. There was a young African American girl, she was making fudge. Seemed like a really sweet girl, and she even seemed to say something to your other worker on our way out. But it was your other evening worker. My wife is saying she was probably in her 40’s...

They have a sign near the register asking you to pay with cash if under a certain amount. I was buying $40.00 worth of fudge and handed them a $100 dollar bill. They refused to take it and requested I use my card. I don’t understand how an establishment in the middle of Wisconsin Dells, 4th of July weekend, in the middle of the day, isn’t prepared to accept legal tender of all denominations. She didn’t even check the drawer to see if she could accept it, she just outright refused. It’s not like I was purchasing 1 solitary chocolate pretzel. I was buying $40.00 worth fudge. ON TOP OF IT ALL: the cookies and cream fudge tastes like it was made with raw sewage water. So now I have a $15.00 brick of disgusting sewage and cream fudge that is going straight in the trash. I wish I wasn’t in a hurry to get back home as there are 5 other fudge makers on the street that I would rather give my business to, as should you, if you are lucky enough to read the review before going in. If they would have allowed people to taste this trash before buying then they’d surely be out of...
