Pizza Villa — Restaurant in Wisconsin Dells

Worst experience ever that's why im rating 1 star. So i ordered with them thru app Slice. I placed my order at 6:14pm and Slice told me they confirmed order at 6:18pm. Then i callrd the place and they said they had recieved my order and it would arrive within an hr. We waited til 7:40 pm and nothing. I called the place it rang and no one ever answered. It sent me to vioce mail stating "THIS IS PIZZA VILLA AND OUR HOURS ARE 4PM THANK YOU. I looked up the hours and it stated 4pm to 8:30pm. So i called slice they said give them 10 more min. So we did and at 8pm theu never arrived. So i went to look for somethong to eat because it was late. I get a call at 8:30 and they arrived . I told.them i canceled the order thru slice.Even slice called them and they never answered. So after like 2hrs...

Wasn't planning on stopping here. The other place was closed! SO GLAD IT WAS! We ordered a 12 inch pizza (mushroom, onion and sausage on hand tossed) to be 100% honest we were not expecting much. OMG!!! everything about the pizza was delicious! Crust was crispy but chewy, sauce was just the right amount and homemade, toppings were chunky and very favorable! The tiramisu was the perfect ending to the meal. There was a bit much cocoa on it but we just took a knife and dusted it off. We WILL be back to try some pasta, which while we were there all the other...

Rude staff and manager Average pizza My friend asked for restrooms while we were ordering pizza and the cashier said no restrooms ( they have no public restroom policy but we were in line for a 15 person order ), and really using the bathroom for free

When we understood about it and confronted the cashier she said she it was the restaurant policy and would not let the manager speak to us

The manager did come in and continued to repeat the line- no apologies, no making an attempt to understand the customers point of view
