I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Express in Yukon, Oklahoma, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! This restaurant truly excelled in all aspects, leaving me highly impressed.

The employees seemed genuinely passionate about their work and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Bottom line: Do not pre-pay online unless you want to take a chance of waiting over an hour to get your food. I ordered online at around 6:40pm and pre-paid to pick food up at 6:55pm. I made it to pick up our food at 7pm and was in the drive thru until 7:12pm. The order taker immediately started listing everything they were out of and that there would be a 15-20 min wait. When I said I was here to pick up a mobile order for Kara, I was told I had to park and wait 15 more minutes. Pre- ordering and pre-paying did not work out well at all. We finally received our order at 7:38 Because this location was completely out of broccoli beef. This is an example of really bad management. I felt sorry for these young employees that I KNOW we’re dealing with a lot of HANGRY customers. I did not take my frustration out on this hard- working employees instead I spent the wait writing this review. Manager- online orders should take priority because we have already paid for our food. At this 7:38, finally I have food. And I was told that I should have not gone through the drive thru, I should have went in when I got here. However, the online order receipt said to go thru drive thru. 😡😡😡 The young employee who was bringing food to customers was so nice and polite and I gave him a nice tip because I know he was not having fun. Ordered online and order double t. Chick. And super greens asked for it to be ready for 1130 ordered b4 store became open. Received a text at 11:20 saying order was ready. I was short on time and had somewhere to be but that did not work out. When I arrived to pick up food they stated they did not have the super greens yet got a text that food was ready. Was there an issue with calling customer b4 they showed up? I dont understand! My container was just sitting on counter with chicken getting cold I asked they refund me and I ordered a box of chicken which they took cold chicken out of box and added with fresh! Brenda the manager is extreamly rude and this is not the first encounter with her due to order being incorrect. Your better off driving to the city to get panda. Never had this.experience b4 only at this location and I eat panda ALot because it fits my diet do not go here! Terrible terrible! !

Well gave them another chance. Even gave more time to them to have ready. The GM was here and I asked hiw I could order and have food ready on time? She could nit give an answer. Panda without my job I can't pay you but your not messed up at all making people late to work because you don't have food ready on time. My job won't cut me breaks and YOU MADE ME LATE TO WORK!!!!
