El sábado 4 de enero hice una reserva para 4 personas. Se trataba de una cena de agradecimiento para mis amigos. Los hice movilizarse desde El Prado para ir a un lugar que esperaba fuera de alta categoría.

Me aseguré de revisar varias veces si había algún mensaje de cierre por vacaciones, sin embargo, la web estaba habilitada para reservas. Asi que reservé.

Recibí un correo de confirmación y al llegar al restaurante ESTABA CERRADO.

Honestamente, es muy raro que le dedique tiempo a hacer reseñas negativas, pero es la primera vez que me sucede algo similar.

El día de hoy, 10/1/25 se comunican conmigo para ofrecerme la imperdible compensación de una reserva y en caso de aceptar el trato imperdible podían tomarse la molestia de ofrecerme un 2x1 en cenas, después 2x1 en postres y seguidamente postres de cortesía porque la tenían tan poco clara que editaron el mensaje tres veces🤡

La épica oferta llega a mi wp. Porque les escribí a modo constructivo que había pasado por una situación muy incómoda por el error en la reserva que entiendo se les pudo haber pasado como un error humano. Pero la respuesta que recibí me dejó fria y además… después de responderles me bloquearon en whatsapp porque no les gustó lo que tenía para decir.

Es normal que como todo negocio, el foco esté en los ingresos, pero, esta gente no tiene el más mínimo respeto por el servicio y su trato en definitiva es de quien no le importa y no valora a un cliente.

Honestamente, cuando les escribí que tenía vergüenza por haber hecho a mis amigos trasladarse y que estuvieran cerrados, no esperaba más que una disculpa y un gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar.

No es muy difícil reconocer y disculparse, en lugar de insinuarle a un cliente potencial que es tonto o estúpido por no ver un supuesto aviso de cerrado que no consigues al día de hoy en ningún lugar de sus redes sociales. Ya es un montón tener que decirte que me aceptaste una reserva, fuí y estabas cerrado.

Así que si tienen la oportunidad de ir, desaprovéchenla! Porque Seguramente van a gastar un montón de dinero y los van a tratar horrible. Lean las opiniones en Google de otros usuarios aplicando el filtro “más baja” y si se arriesgan es su decisión, por acá se advirtió y se cumplió.

Very nice back patio setting. Food was earthy, although not memorable, with one exception. The paella was well put together although a tad short in salt, which robbed it of full flavor.
