We were in Hanoi from 10th June to 17th June and during our stay, we had meals at Pizza Lovers in the old quarter of the city. The first time we had food there was the day we landed in Hanoi from Danang. It was quite late at night and we were searching for a place to eat. Pizza Lovers is open till midnight. The pizzas over here are simply delicious and the girl (sorry I couldn't catch her name) is super friendly. The second time we went, it started pouring as we were finished. I wish I could give 0 stars to the owner behaviour. We came at day 1 , loved the food , there was a spinning wheel , we asked we can try this, they said next day. We came the next day with the excitement , asked the staff to spin the wheel, they said do it but the wheel came at 100k voucher. The other staff starting saying that it’s not valid for today , you can redeem it next time. Very bad . We literally came the second day. The owner started saying how can I trust you for the wheel as I did not see, the staff who was the witness started lying , this was rubbish like literally. We felt like fools & left the place.
