Highly underrated restaurant! My friend and I chanced upon this place on our way to have our morning coffee. We were drawn in by the pink interior at first and chose to takeaway as we were rushing off somewhere else. The lady who attended to us was super polite and patiently recommended us the food offered in the restaurant. We bought the fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls. We personally liked the fried spring rolls better as we were not fans of corriander. We liked the fried spring rolls so much that we ended up getting breakfast here on 3 out of 4 days of our trip! We also tried the pho and dry pho which were really tasty as well. On top of that, the pumpkin soup (more like paste), was rich, creamy and very fragrant! Try their nut milk drinks as well :) Don't forget to wrap up your meal with their vegan ice cream (we tried the durian one)!
This restaurant is highly underrated. Despite being located along the main street, we wondered why the restaurant was mostly empty whenever we visited (perhaps we were too early in the morning) but I have been recommending this place to my friends who are coming to Hanoi and I hope to revisit...
Read moreSpending few days in Hanoi, I felt slighty disappointed with the food I tried, until Chayfood.
It’s fully vegan, fully tasty, and I would definitely recommend and go back.
We had pho spring rolls to share that were made with homemade steamed paper rather than the pre-made rice paper. Very tasty! The peanut sauce was delicious, but the amount of it felt a bit too small for the 4 rolls.
Pho was nice, I spend over a month in Vietnam and it was one of the better ones I tried.
The rice that my partner got was very good too, lots of flavor, maybe the portion was a bit too small.
Overall, really liked the place, and I recommend to check it out if you’re looking for really tasty vegan food.
Update: we did go back on our last day! Had the same order (pho & pho rolls) since I enjoyed it so much, plus the pumpkin cashew milk, which was so tasty, and naturally sweet (no...

Came back for some breakfast banh my sandwiches only to find that they are still one of my most favorite restaurants in Hanoi! Got both the banh mi pate (authentic gorgeous banh my) and the tofu sausage banh my with cheese sauce (had an awesome spicy kick.)
for dinner, we have ordered just about everything on the menu (except the pasta) they’re hot pot selections are awesome and tasty, we really haven’t had anything that is even remotely subpar here.
For reference, we are a Vegan globetrotting family of 6, consider ourselves foodies (I have a vegan podcast) so we have eaten our way around the world.
This place is definitely one of my very favorite vegan joints in Hanoi, in addition to being completely vegan, it’s also what I call clean food. Which is only evidenced by how you feel after eating it.
Can’t give...
