170 Ngọc Khánh — Hotel in Hà Nội

Couldn’t express how delighted we are to stay in this hotel. Everything is topnotch! Location is unbeatable. 3 minutes walk from the bus stop (162 Trang Quang Khai) if you are taking bus 86 from the airport. Very close to the famous Cafe Giang and Giao Mua. Hoan Kiem Lake is also nearby.

The room we stayed is spacious and the bed is huge and comfortable. The room is modern and cozy made us want to stay longer. If you are a light sleeper, request for a room that is not facing the street bec it can get noisy especially at night. In our case, it didn’t bothered us though as we had a goodnight sleep every night.

Breakfast is delicious and generous serving. The lady cook is really nice and accommodating. The lady in the reception is also nice, made us to early checkin without additional fee and gave us a surprise cake as me and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversary.

When we requested for an airport transfer, it was a smooth transaction. Though there was just a bit of hiccup on our transit back to the airport as the driver was a little sleepy. Thankfully we arrived safe.

Overall, I recommend this hotel to any one visiting hanoi and we will definetely stay here when we come...

This is our first time visiting Vietnam, and our destination were Hanoi, so hotel is the most important part of the trip, I read every hotel review at The Old Quarter area until I found this hotel L’amant. So glad that I chose here. It was pleasant. Anna were helping me a lots she chat with me unbothered, she help me to with the airport transfer with reasonable price. So I decide to sleep here twice already and the room really had no disappointment, all clean, tidy, fresh, have a complete towel set and amenities, make up table and good condition hot water and hair dryer, also the room were very spacious I forgot to take pict of the whole room because we check in at 1am in the morning the bed were so comfortable we fall sleep so quickly. First our family sleep at 2 different room and last day when we arrive fro Sapa are sleep at the same room the family room and they family room superrrrrr spacious they have 2 twin bed, 1 double bed still have sofa and coffee table, with make up table and adding 1 bed it’s still fits our big 5 luggage. A particular highlight was how close it is to the infamous Giang Cafe, a must-visit spot for anyone in the area. Additionally, the proximity to the bus stop for the airport was incredibly convenient.

What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. The receptionist was impressive—our check-in process took less than five minutes because they had all our information ready and waiting. Such efficiency was much appreciated after a long journey.

Overall, L'Amant De Hanoi Hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location with friendly, efficient service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
