Extremely racist manager. I am English and the manager would not let me and my Vietnamese friends have a table. We were waiting in the lobby and they kept giving tables to groups of only Asian people and kept telling us there were no tables left when I could see at least 5 or 6 empty tables with my own eyes. Extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my friends. Asked security to kick us out when I questioned why when we had been waiting for a table when everyone who walked in after us got a table straight away. Was so rude I’m making a complaint straight to the company. Couldn’t have been treated worse by the manager and security. In my opinion they do not deserve your money. Wish I could...

It was a horrible experience! I ordered a Sườn non bo My LA xốt Obathan, and it didn't come out as what the picture portrays. I only received 1.5 pieces instead of 3 like the pictures. I asked why, and they said it goes by weight which no where on the menu indicate. In addition, all of our beef came out frozen! Obviously, it will weigh more, which is not good for consumers. One girl got mad at me and didn't continue servicing us. We don't mind paying, it's the business practice seems shady. We hope they put weight and price accordingly and not deceive customers...

VERY RACIST EVEN TO ASIANS. do not wanna serve anyone except vietnamese. helped other tables with the grill but not ours. disgustingly rude security guard the boss should fire him for not even doing his job properly lol. didn’t even bothered opening the door when that his only job to get paid. the waitress only wants to help the vietnamese people and didn’t even bothered to come over and flip my bbq. please change the manager too for being unethically lazy. everything about this place needs to be changed...
