Unbelievable service! After a excruciating wait i placed my order to then realised that the staff was just not bother about speed and they where moving as if there was no customer in the shop. I waited another 5 minutes before my frustration made me change mi mind and gave up on my order. When still standing at the counter i asked if i could cancel my order as I had no more time to wait but it was as if no one could understanding me anymore. We ordered for some coffee and snacks. We still had 45 minutes until our train would depart, so we figured they could serve their clients quickly since they are located in front of a train station. They still haven't completed making our coffee 30 minutes later. Because their staff was too slow, several customers began to request that their coffee be served as soon as possible.

They should train their employees to service customers promptly because the majority of their customers are travellers who do not want to miss...

Nice and cozy cafe to wait for the train since it’s conveniently located in front of Hanoi Railway Station. The coffee that we ordered was super sweet, the banh mi was quite decent.
