I coming with my husband here to enjoy the rooftop view. But unfortunately first welcome from the staff lady said you want drink or eat, directly asking that, and we are said yes we want drink, maybe coffee. She said ok you can sit down in here (close to entrance) and she said you can come upstairs to take photo and back here. For me first time to met restaurant staff really make point like this, which is fine n ok just a bit surprised. After we have a look at rooftop and no one there, before she said cant have sit at rooftop because to full. So we ask the staff/waiter to deliver the drink upstair because we love the view, but when my husband meet her (the welcomer lady) she said not allowed must to seat same with previous seat, because my team will deliver the drink here. My husband said ok we can take our drink by ourselves and move upstairs, after that a waiter help to deliver at rooftop.

Be honest the rooftop are really good n is really nice restaurant. But some suggestions, staff need more friendly with right language to ask and when said something, could be really help. Guest not feels, intimidate question like ‘want to eat or drink?’ sure you can suggest some friendly offers with that. Overall the other staff was friendly. Thank you and hope...

We visited this restaurant based on a few recommendations from bloggers who noted it as a new and trendy place in Hoi An. It’s important to note that prices are on the higher side — even for central Hoi An — but you're paying for the aesthetics: a clean, beautifully designed space with a rooftop view.

The venue has three levels, with the rooftop being the highlight. In the morning, there are no tables set up on the roof (understandably, due to the heat). Food is served only in the afternoon and later, so we came for drinks and ice cream.

The staff speak English well, credit cards are accepted, and the overall service was efficient. The interior is modern, spacious, and decorated with art — a great place for design lovers.

I know this bistro is new, but I think there are some fundamentals that could be improved. I appreciate a toilet door that locks. I also appreciate something other than my dress to dry my hands on, once I’ve washed them. I stood in the bistro for a number of minutes before any of the staff came near me. When I pointed out that the table I was seated at was uneven and rocked, the waitress told me ‘it didn’t matter’. I asked to be moved to another table. I may have ordered the wrong thing but if you have a hamburger on the menu then it should be properly seasoned. I notice lots of other reviews talk about the rooftop, I didn’t know there was one, maybe because it had been raining this wasn’t suggested as an option.
