Nom Cafe and Bistro — Restaurant in Hội An

I made a day trip to Hoi An to pick up some garments. I have a go-to vegetarian spot that unfortunately was closed on Tuesday.

Given that I'm a creature of habit, I found myself with a daunting task of finding a new eatery. As you know using Google Maps in Hoi An can be difficult when so many places have high ratings and captivating pictures. Before you know you're dealing with a paradox of choice.

Luckily, I stumbled upon Nom Bistro which had some dishes that that were heavy on the veggies with a perfect amount of meat. In addition, the interior has a beautiful colonial aesthetic going for it with plants hanging from the ceiling.

However, the cherry on top was service. These folks are very attentive as they quickly turned on the AC as they noticed I wasn't coping with the heat. After, I finished my meal they were gracious to provide some watermelon and passionfruit.

I recently dined at Num Cafe and Bistro in Hoi An, Vietnam, during our tour of the country. As vegetarians, we were on the lookout for vegetarian options and stumbled upon this gem on a rainy day.

At first, we were a bit hesitant to try the vegan pho, as it was our first time, but we were pleasantly surprised and ended up ordering a second bowl. The flavors were outstanding, and it was a delightful culinary experience.

The restaurant's ambiance was perfect, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. What stood out for me was the attentive service – the staff checked the taste before serving us, which was a thoughtful touch.

All in all, Num Cafe and Bistro provided us with a top-notch pho experience, complemented by a wonderful ambiance and attentive service. It's a must-visit for both vegetarians and those looking to explore...

About half menu of Vietnamese dishes, and the other half of international food, to accommodate any need. Vietnamese kitchen is delicious and is averagely cheaper than most of the other restaurants. The grilled macarel is a must try. Signature long drinks and mojitos are refreshing and full of local herbs, that give them a touch of asian feeling. But I have preferred the signature mixtures with triple sec among the ingredients, as they had both the asian feeling along with a strong classic footprint. Also the location is nice, even if small, with several tables along the street facing the river. All this, plus the soft music and the comfortable seats have convinced me to dine here twice in three days. Finally, the service definitely deserves...
