We splurged on the waterpark/bumper boat package. It's only a few bucks more and comes with the wetsuit rental. If you have Flying Squirrel (on any other trampoline park) socks, then bring those instead of being them on the doc. Was well organized, and the park itself was a blast for my older son and the other family we were with. My issue was more administrative. I was almost certain my 6 year old who is on the spectrum would either love it or hate it, so I asked when I was purchasing the tickets, if there was any chance for a refund if we got out there and he hated it; it's was a significant amount of money (was approx $150 for 3 of us) for the activity. They told me absolutely no refunds- which I get. It seems like that would generally be a fair rule. However, I feel like maybe there could be some option for those neurodiverse kiddos ( or literally any of the youngest patrons) who can be a bit more of a challenge to plan for. I knew he'd probably hate it, but he was willing to try and seemed to be convinced he'd be into it, so i wanted to include him in the fun - it's our family vacation. He hated every minute of it and was freezing after a few minutes since he was scrawny, and the wetsuit was pretty big for him. We climbed up the climbing tower things and sat at the top, trying to stay out of everyone's way and get warm but ended up throwing in the towel and heading back to shore. I was just disappointed that I wasted so much money on yet another activity that 'was not for him'. It would be nice if they accepted the access2 pass, at least so it would have been quite so big of a hit ($). I feel like it could be a bit more inclusive in regards to flexibility of the refunds - even partial. 🤷🏻♀️ Anyways, I gave a 3 based on that; many other family activities have that flexibility, and it doesn't infringe on anyone else's ability to enjoy their visit. Aside from that, my older son (14) loved every second and would give a 5+ rating!

We rented 3 Seadoo's on a recent trip to Harrison Lake and had an absolutely spectacular time. The staff were all very friendly and the Seadoo's were quite recent model (2015) and appeared very well maintained. One of the staff (possibly the owner?) told me they replace their entire fleet of Seadoo's every 5 or 6 years so they always try to have pretty new machines. Their rates are very competitive and I like that rental rates include use of a wet suit if you want (highly recommended) and they also send along a walkie talkie with every machine so you can call them for help if you have any issues or even just for a time check. We didn't have any issues and my waterproof camera has a clock so we didn't make use of the radios but it's nice to know they are there if needed. Another little touch we really enjoyed is that they didn't require us to keep 1,000 feet away from each other like another place I've rented from. I'm not sure if they do that for everyone or if they just allowed us to do it because we are experienced boaters but that allowed us to get close enough to interact with each other while on the lake, take nice pictures and videos of one another, share fun tips we'd discovered, and see the HUGE smiles on each others faces with all the fun we were having. Little details like this set them apart from other companies I've rented from and made this a truly memorable experience and a definite highlight of our trip and entire summer. We'll definitely be back to rent from them again.

Please keep in mind that this review is based on our family experience of visiting the Waterpark only. We did not stay at a hotel in Harrison, we drove there from Vancouver BC. In this review I just want to highlight some things that people visiting the facility should be prepared for and consider when planning the visit: 1. There is no dedicated parking area, therefore be ready to spend some time finding the parking spot on the streets. 2. Arrive well in advance to the facility, as it may easily take over 30 minutes before you are ready to take a boat to the waterpark. (lineup to sign a weaver, changing to the swimwear, putting your stuff into the locker if you are lucky to get one, etc) So with the time for parking you should arrive to the Harrison at least one hour before your scheduled entry time 3. The nearest public washroom is roughly about 1000ft away from the dock, so you better visit it before you change, and wear the wetsuit. 4. Be ready to get some bruises on the waterpark slides, with all the seams between different pieces of the park and intersecting slides landing, it's not hard to get injured. 5. Also keep in mind the tickets are not refundable. If you want to reschedule your visit , you will be charged 25% of ticket price 6. The water in the lake is cold. No surprise there, but if it's not a sunny day, you can get cold real quick. All in all, I don't think our family will visit this waterpark in the nearest decade.

Man, oh man! I totally splurged with the water park and the jet ski rentals! Why haven't I heard about this water park sooner? Okay, I know it's a long way to go from Vancouver and whatnot, plus the BC wildfire didn't help with the visibility (hence why the pictures don't have any clear blue skies), and then there's limited advertising about this place... But still! I was there with my friends! The reason why I don't have pictures of the water park up-close is because my camera isn't waterproof enough to tackle the wetness challenge. But take my word for it, it is so much fun climbing on top of the obstacles (unless you're super out of shape). As for the jet skis? Okay, yeah, they're expensive what with the insurance and hourly rate plus gas fees and whatnot. But you gotta remember that it's a thrill of the ride that you're paying for yourself and your passengers! Ask yourselves this: how much are you willing to pay to feel the adrenaline from the wind blowing against you and the tidal waves bumping against you? Now remember, you must have a driver's license in order to rent out the jet ski. Otherwise, have fun being a backseat driver 😂 Oh yeah, and get a wetsuit if you're prone to getting cold. Seriously, it's $5 extra to keep your butt warm

Our first family road trip for the summer. We are from North Vancouver and the drive getting here is long but worth the drive since you will be available to have a scenic drive. Upon arrival, looking for a parking can be hard at times depending on what time you arrive but we were able to secure a paid parking spot. It was a nice sunny day so of course it is full of people. The waterpark is really fun. Great for the kids and kids at heart. There are also other water activities that you can do in the area. There are plenty of food shops nearby as well so you. don't need to worry having an empty stomach while having fun. if you wan't to try all the other water activities in the area, make sure you book them ahead of time so that you don't have to wait in the line hoping to get in on them and be turned away as there is no more spot. Luckily it did not happen to us but we did see it happen while we were there. Overall, Harrison Hot Springs is a great fun place to visit specially during summer time. We will definitely come back to this place!

Post COVID-19 lockdown customer service experience? Rented two jet skis. June 23,20.. the transaction was disturbing. Customer experience was unprofessional and abusive by some frontline staff. [post Covid lockdown anger?] Other interactions were unprofessional. 1000 feet limit is incredible childish. Paperwork was onerous and life-changing..time spent filling out was mine lost forever. There is really nothing to do or see on Harrison Lake with a PWC. [ lifelong resident in Harrison Hotsprings area 60 years] Am I wrong demographic maybe? Returned the water craft early. Not worth the money to continue or repeat experience. PWC post-rental inspection was thoroughly funny. "All-in" It was a profound learning experience? WIll stay with my personal jet boat for water recreation on Harrison lake and river. [B2B to owner .. doesn't seem sustainable path to lucrative ROI] Good luck.... Hope for the best ... plan for the worst.... Cheers
