Spring Villa Hotel — Hotel in Harrison Hot Springs

Family of 4 stayed here a few nights ago. This is a Mom and Pop run hotel. There was no front desk at the time and you had to call a number and have a guy show up to check you in. I think he was working in the kitchen at a restaurant down the street, so it took about 15 min for someone to show up. So it was kind of weird, but I got keys with everything I needed to know was on the key chain. The building is old and carpets, furniture etc a bit run down. But it looked like we had new sink, toilet, countertop and TV. We were in a room at the back which was great as it was away from the noise of Harleys and trucks on the street out front.

I'm disgusted at the way we were treated a few days ago... my 9yr old has a disability and needed to use the washroom. Everywhere was closed on the strip he was about to pant his pants when we were getting out of the car we got to the door of hotel no one was around woman came to door i Said my son needs to use washroom hes going to poop his pants she said no . I said again he's going to soil himself she said no you must go now only washrooms in the rooms I said I'll rent a room let my son go to the washroom she looked at me like she was better then i was and I told her she's a rude woman cruel woman as we rushed to car. got my kids in the car my son said mom I pooped my pants.. my son is doing the best he can to not have accidents and this woman should be fired for putting a 9yr old kid who has some development problems and bathroom issues this could have been avoided and has been a set back now my son has had 3 accidents since he was almost 1 month with none... we left harrison hot springs and went home.... my son cried himself to sleep that night... not impressed and ill be telling everyone I know not to stay...

Went to the concert almost next store at Harrison Hall. We were looking for a cheap, but clean place to stay overnight. ( $140 all in)We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and well equipped for the price. being a little bit it looks like the room has been recently decorated and upgraded .|We booked a Lakeview room with a small balcony. There is a really good fridge. The TV has multiple channels, including Netflix prime, etc. The heater worked well. The bed was Comfortable. Staff pleasant and the only peculiarity is you have to phone for someone to come and register you. unless somebody happens to be at the front desk ,which they were for us, This obviously cuts the price down for customers. Free parking at the back, but you could also park for free in the winter on the Main Street outside. The restaurant appears to be closed, but there were lots of other choices...
