Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Local services in Harrison Hot Springs

Very cute treats and gifts, all with a canadian theme! The selection isn't quite as large as the lower mainland or downtown vancouver locations, but this is fair and to be expected. Expect to pay a bit of a premium but no more than any other chocolate shops that create handcrafted high quality goodies. Plus, you're supporting a small and locally owned business/franchise owner and I gather its rather challenging to stay afloat in the winter months. The dipped ice cream bars are so tasty and the kids love them too. Out of all the places we have visited in Harrison, this is one of the places that my son still will reminisce about years later. When we go back, he asks us to go or if I visit with out him he asks for treats to be brought back.

However, what really blew me away was the kind and genuine young lady working at the counter. She was such a sweetheart and so patient, and showed genuine empathy when we were chatting about some things. Very sweet and touching reaction. The owner (or manager?) Was also there for a few minutes and was equally friendly and chatty/helpful. Thank you for a lovely wrap up to the end...

The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory was a trip back into child hood when we got our caramel apple treats.The choices are vary and are plenty. The price quality compare-sing is good and the service was lovely and helpful in choosing the right mix. From Peanut butter caramel loaded apple to the plain Caramel apple. You can eat it on your own the old style ( have a bite at it )or if you want they cut it for you in slices to share.. But honestly, who likes to share something soo good? Give it a go and maybe discover your own bit of memories, or even make your own. The only reason why I give it a 4 star...it should come with a warning for all diabetic and moms with sweet tooth kids, have your hand wipes and tissues ready. next to lots...

If you are looking for a amazing local chocolate shop this is the place. I stopped in while I was in town this evening and picked up a few last minute Christmas gifts and the staff member behind the counter was extremely helpful and super passionate. Her customer service was amazing. She took the time to chat with me and made me feel welcome and made me feel like my business was welcome even though it was only a small purchase. I will definitely be recommending this business to my family...
