I wish I could give this place a -5 rating.

My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite their already steep prices—$12 for two scoops of ice cream—I was appalled by how the situation was handled. To make matters worse, they have no sample policy, making it difficult to choose from their selection.

After paying for our ice cream, the credit card machine stopped working due to a poor connection. We were kept waiting for about 10 minutes while the owner/manager came with a new machine. When asked to pay again, the manager argued that if the payment hadn’t gone through, it would be his loss. I refused to pay twice, as the issue was with their malfunctioning machine. Ultimately, the manager refused to give us the ice cream we had already paid for.

Can you imagine paying $24 for two scoops of ice cream? The long wait caused the ice cream to melt and become inedible by the time we could leave. We ended up leaving the melted ice cream behind and left the store without our purchase.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Sugar Rush in Harrison Hot Springs, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The highlight of our visit was our incredible server, Olivia. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Not only was she super attentive, but her friendly personality made our visit even more enjoyable. She had great recommendations and made sure we were completely satisfied with our treats. The desserts were absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor!

If you're in Harrison Hot Springs and looking for a sweet treat with top-notch service, I highly recommend Sugar Rush. And if you’re lucky enough to have Olivia as your server, you’re in for an extra special experience. Can’t wait...

I visited Sugar Rush today with my cousin, who was buying a double scoop ice cream for $12—already quite pricey. When she tried to pay, their card machine malfunctioned, and it didn’t confirm whether the payment had gone through or not. We ended up waiting for around 10 minutes while her ice cream started melting.

To make matters worse, instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering any kind of assistance, they asked us to pay again, "just in case" the first payment didn’t go through. We ultimately left without the ice cream, frustrated and disappointed.
