Despite being a regular customer for many years our most recent visit was very unpleasant. We paid for our latte and they forgot to make it. When we asked for it, the guy with the beard didn’t who seemed to be the manger believed we paid for it . He tells his very nice employee to check if we paid first and if we didn’t pay to charge us and then give them the latte. I think he was the manager who is a paranoid and arrogant guy very disrespectful tells his colleague. Il Gelato di Carlotta is hands-down some of the best gelato I’ve ever had! The flavors are rich, creamy, and taste authentically Italian — you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Every scoop is smooth, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious.

The shop is clean, cozy, and the staff are always warm and welcoming. They’re happy to let you try samples and help you find your new favorite flavor (good luck picking just one!).
