To be honest, there is not a good or bad review, it depends on the staff involved that day and time. Some of them helped me and my family to go into the boat and other ignored me in the most disrespectful way, sadly the most of them were disrespectful.
As a mom I would recommend to assess the “stroller situation” I have a double Cross from THULE, is so freaking practical for traveling and I love it, but if your children are sleeping is better to wait for the boat, because the personal forced me to folded up and placed in a corner, later on they move it and it was just for annoying us, the space was too big.
I guess my expectations were too high, I went to Germany before and everything was stroller or wheels friendly but the door of the train. Traveling with children is amazing and I had a nice time in Paris, but the “Batobus experience” was something I regretted a lot, and Paris is not that pretty from the river level though.
never stop traveling with children:)

Read moreWe had problems getting our ticket and finding a place to actually get on the boat as When we got to the Hotel Deville location, the young black man who was at the station refused to help us get our tickets we had purchased online rudely stating he was closing the station and we had to go to the Notre Dame station for help. The Notre Dame station is shown on google maps as being up on the street by Subway, it is not. It is actually down by the canal at waters edge. When we got there at about 12:30 on Tuesday, the door was locked, after about 20 minutes the young black lady that was inside came out and said she could not help us as she was leaving for her lunch break. Thankfully, the boat captain of the next boat allowed us to get on and we were finally given tickets at the next station. After the horrific customer service of the first two batbus employees, the rest of the two days of our pass...
Read moreAsked for the details the day before and were told that they left every 30 minutes, the day after we bought tickets but were NOT told that the schedule had changed to an hour. We went a couple of stops and got off for lunch and then went back to the boat stop, here we were told that there would be a 50 minute wait. So we decided to walk to the next stop to while away the time, at this one we were told that the stop was no longer in use due to high water and we should go back to another stop. More walking to be told that there would be a 40 minute wait, since none of the boats had gone past in what was now getting on for two hours, we did not really believe this. Total waste of money, but the upsetting thing was the lack of information and rudeness...
