Disneyland Paris Newport Bay Club Honeymoon Suite Room Tour. 1 fantastic night of luxury at Newport Bay Club, with the bonus of a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite - but we didn’t call it that, what with us being brother and sister 😂 We loved this hotel and it’s beautiful nautical theming, we’re both suckers for the classic New England style. This room is magnificent, with an insane entrance, amazing bathroom, and it gave us the comfort we needed after some very long days we’d had in the parks. Plus, check out that view! Even though there weren’t 2 beds in this room, and one of us slept on a pull out bed, I’d still give this place a 10/10. We normally don’t spend on luxury hotel rooms much, we’re rarely in them as we like to explore the place we’re in and just need comfy beds with a decent shower.. So this was a great, giddy experience for us both. Do you love this place as much as I do?@Disneyland Paris ✨ #disneyland #disneylandparis #disneylandparis30 #newportbayclub #newportbayclubhotel #newportbaycompassclub #disney #disneyhotels #travel #travelblogger #hotelreview #brothersistertrip #brothersistertravels #siblingtrip #roomtour #disneyroomtour

Worth the stay if you want large buffet breakfast (you pay for it), quiet location, walk to parks, walk around the large water feature, and easy Magic Shuttle access to/from Paris airports. We found the Magic Buses sitting outside CDG Terminal 2E door 8a (after you exit with your bags - not obvious). There is a ticket counter near the buses or you can buy them online. Drivers need the OCR code to let you on. If counter is closed, they should be able to help you. Have a heart. The drivers are working hard. Be kind to them. Back to the resort. As with all large resorts, the line to get into the buffet is longer the closer it gets to the end of its time it closes at 11am which is also checkout time. We went at 9am and only had 5 groups infront of us. Super! Much better that 150 people infront of you at 10am. We ate late lunch at the parks so for late dinner a quick sandwich in the hotel lounge was enough for us. No reservations needed. Try the dessert of the day and always have French hot chocolate with real whipped cream (you earned it from all your walking today!). Alcohol is available, of course. Watch your 11am checkout time. It automagically happens - door key no longer works! Hence the stress if you push your last day's buffet yummies to be close to 11am. Overall, expect lots of people, staff are polite and helpful, but a bit overwhelmed at times by all requests around them. Put yourself in their shoes. Be kind. The children are everywhere, as they should be. Watch for them sitting on the floor, standing on the stairs, playing ball inside, running around, screaming, laughing, and being very polite. We saw it all. Special shoutout to the woman who found my wallet and returned it to be. I was distracted going through security into the Village on our first day. I paid her kindness forward a few times in the park when helping others. We would come back. We loved staying here and being so close to the Village and parks.

Our treatment throught the hotel Newport Bay, was atrocious! Our check in seemed great and as we had a 2 year old couldn't buy a meal plan for him, I raised this when we checked in and we told that its fine as he would eat for free. I must add we had also booked 2 double bed room with a terrace. After waiting over 8 hours to get our room allocation, having a very tired little boy we approached the reception team they managed to find us a room, we were told that it would have Our luggage waiting for us or that it would be brought down to the room. The room was not to the specification and instead received a double bed and a bunk bed. After an hour of waiting we called reception again 6 times to get hold of someone to ask for our luggage again. It arrived approximately 40 minutes after this. The terrace was filthy and I didn't feel comfortable letting my child out of there. When we went for dinner in the yacht club. It took 45 minutes to be approached for a drink order and when we explained about our son we were given a baby food pot (suitable for someone up to the age of 6 months) with no other explanation. This was brought to us by a "manager". After asking for a different manager finally a gentleman came over and explained properly for the first time. On our day of check out we were then awoken at 7:30 by a member of staff apparently because our electrics had broken. This was not the case. We were then walked in on 4 times before 11am check out time asking when we were leaving. If we are ever to return to Disney Paris. Will definitely not be staying in any of their hotels (especially as this is considered a 4*) have honestly received better service at a premier Inn budget hotel.

A classic case of outside looks nice, lobby looks nice. Rooms are shabby and definitely not chic. It is, on the whole a nice place to stay but the rooms are feeling very tired. Ours was mainly clean but had cobwebs here and there. Someone else in our party couldn’t open one of their windows as the handle was missing. Not great when none of the rooms have air conditioning. The basic rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. The ablutions area is adequate but again, feels like it could do with modernising. The shower was very difficult to get right. It was either scolding hot or freezing cold when adjusting the temperature. It was difficult to get a happy medium. Whilst the room had the facilities to make a hot drink, there was no fridge for storing cold beverages. We did get fresh towels everyday but the wall mounted shower gel/shampoo dispenser didn’t get topped up throughout our whole stay so the four of us had to share the small bottles given to us each day. The shaver socket wasn’t the right size for a shaver charger. The holes were too far apart. Breakfast is pretty good but isn’t much different to what you get in the cheaper hotels on site. The difference is there’s less guests so it is less chaotic. And on that note, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it for the price. You may as well stay at the Cars or Toy Story hotels instead and save some cash. You will always need it at Disney! The main plus point of this hotel is the location. You can be in the parks within 15 minutes which saves your feet.

Resort is beautiful but can definitely use a renovation (wallpaper peeling, beds are small and hard, bathroom is a bit moldy) but that’s not the reason for 3 stars. Be warned Americans: this AC is actually horrible. They advertised as AC rooms but we were told it’s not actually AC like we are used to. It’s some sort of fan system that is supposed to keep your room semi cool. Which didn’t work at all. At the lowest our room went to 76 degrees. If anyone takes a shower you are doomed for the rest of the night because it gets too hot from the steam. Breakfast is sneaky also. They give you a ticket for a time to come back the next day for breakfast. You don’t find out until you go for breakfast that it is 30 euro per person. We skipped it and went to Starbucks. If you are used to Disney world deluxe resorts (like we were) this is definitely a downgrade. The resort was very close to the parks. About a 10 minute walk to Disney Parc which was incredible. The extra magic hour was fantastic. We were able to do almost everything during this time. Next time I will check out the NY hotel because I believe that one has just been renovated. One last thing that just kind of annoyed me.. we ran out of toilet paper so we requested some more. They brought us this brown, paper towel feeling TP. I guess we used up too much of the nice TP and they decided to give us the rough one lol Forgot to add: make sure to request a room away from the stairs. We could hear people going up and down all night
