Situata in Piazza Vigado, questa statua è molto difficile da non notare poiché è uno dei punti forti del lungomare. La scultura brilla anche perché è effettivamente realizzata in Bronzo. È una statua molto riconoscibile in quanto rappresenta una bambina che gioca con il suo cane che ha una palla in bocca. È ancora più sorprendente perché le dimensioni della statua sono molto grandi, quasi paragonabili a quelle di una bambina e anche a quelle di un vero cane. È stato realizzato nel 2007 dall'artista David Raffai. Non è passata molta storia indietro nella realizzazione di questa statua e il piccolo pezzo sul lato riflette che si tratta semplicemente di una scultura del pensiero...
