SHARE SHARE SHARE ...To anybody who's thinking of buying a watch .This is owner of the watch shop in the llac and blanchardstown shopping centre ..got given a watch as a present for my 30th, went to exchanged it for a different watch but they had no watches I liked was given a credit note .. I gave them back the watch and the receipt .. I misplaced the credit note and called them in good faith as i knew they would have the duplicate , the manager told me that she would get in touch with the accountant as he would know if the credit note had been cashed .. Then the manager called me telling me to tell me there's nothing she can do the owner was away.they got legal advice and told me they didn't have to give anything back to me no money no watch and that if I came near the shop they would get a barring order against me . The owner refused to speak to me or give me her name I had to go to the shop put a watch on my wrist and tell them I'm not leaving till the owner came and spoke to me she came down after and hour it was shocking to see how condensing she was .. Not professional at all can't believe she owns a shop and this is how she deals...

The Ilac Shopping Centre has a decent variety of shops and a convenient central location, which makes it a regular stop for many in Dublin. However, my experience has been far from positive due to two major issues.

Firstly, the opening hours are incredibly inconvenient. The centre closes quite early, making it difficult for people who work standard hours to get anything done after work. It feels like it’s operating on outdated timing that doesn’t reflect the needs of modern city life.

Secondly, and more frustratingly, the behaviour of the security staff is absolutely awful. On multiple occasions, I’ve found them to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of providing a sense of safety or assistance, their attitude is more intimidating than helpful. It honestly feels pathetic how poorly they handle customer interactions.

Overall, while the shops themselves are fine, the early closing hours and unacceptable security behaviour make shopping here a frustrating experience. I hope management seriously reconsiders how the...

The Ilac Centre, located in the heart of Dublin's city center, offers convenience and accessibility but falls short in various aspects. While it provides access to the essentials, the limited number of shops may leave shoppers wanting more variety and choices.

One of its redeeming qualities is its prime location in the city center, making it easily accessible for visitors and locals alike. The proximity to public transportation and other attractions in Dublin is undoubtedly an advantage.

However, it's evident that the Ilac Centre is in need of revitalization. The physical condition of the shopping center and its surroundings requires attention. Aesthetic improvements and cleanliness are areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience for shoppers.

In summary, the Ilac Centre may suffice for basic shopping needs and its central location, but it falls short of delivering a vibrant and satisfying shopping experience due to its limited shop selection and the need for refurbishment and cleanliness...

I live very close to this shopping centre and today as I was walking through the mail a group of youths were fighting punching each other I went to look for a security staff member and couldn’t find one. I eventually found one down there the tiger store I told them there was a confrontation happening near the Cole Lane entrance. When I was coming back, same staff member was standing at the same place and I asked him where was the security on the mail I couldn’t see any. He got really annoyed with me this isn’t the first time this has happened with security on the mall. I’ve had three occasions where I’ve asked a general question. and gotten a really bad attitude from the security staff if they are dealing with the general public they need to be a little more polite and listen to what people are saying instead of dismissing really unprofessional and unfriendly

One of my favourite shopping centre The Ilac Centre is a shopping centre, located in central Dublin, north of the River Liffey. It has entrances opening onto Henry Street, Parnell Street and Moore Street. it was the first shopping centre in Ireland to have glass lifts. In recent years, the shopping centre has been extensively refurbished, with many improvements including full-height shop fronts, improved lighting, and new entrances. The Centre is home to a wide range of shops. The first floor of the Centre is occupied by Dublin's Central Library. The Central Library provides a range of services including language learning facilities, and a Music and Business Library. There is also a small chapel located in the shopping centre. It's have a wide variety of stores to meet your shopping needs ranging from fashion to crafts and books stores as examples:

Good range of shops from big retailers to smaller stores. Price range to suit all. Spotlessly clean, felt very safe and well managed. 😍🙏🍭☕ Be back soon. Great variety of places to eat and drink. Can understand why no seats for customers in centre to sit and watch world go by with Covid, can this be looked at by management, individual seating now most people vaccinated. Walked through door to outside, people everywhere trying to eat takeaway food outside empty shop and birds/ pigeons/ seagulls mopping up dropped food. 🥵 Little bit off putting. Otherwise be back soon 😍
