First of all this is not an Irish company. Its a chinese owned company. Stay away! Had to give 1 star to be able to write this review to advise you all customers & jobseekers. No respect for workers, company doesn’t follow Irish and very rude to staff. No hygiene and very dirty kitchen. Don’t be fooled from what you see at the front counter. Back of house is absolute horror. Use of expired products, change of expiry date stickers to avoid sanctions from authorities. Absolutely rip off. Tremendous amount of pressure to work there. No security, 1 owner also acts as director , area manager and HR and all key positions. Basically you have nobody else to speak to when the owner tortures you. Owner would not pay neither salary or holidays accrued to workers and impossible to get in contact with as he always runs away. Nobody would ever respond to your call, email or text, you will be totally ignored. It is not a nice place to work, it is not a safe place to eat. Unless you like maggots and insects, if...

Ordered a salad and it was a quick enough process. Took 10 minutes in total to make and pay. Which actually is linger than it should have been when the queue wasn't long and there were 4 staff on. I ordered two smoothies to go with this and it took an extra 15 to 20 minutes. The staff member making the smoothies made one properly and the other was basically a juice. I ordered the green machine and she put ice cubes and water instead of frozen yogurt and never put pineapple in. When asked she said she did both to my reply saying I watched how it was made and was refusing to take it until the right ingredients were added. Still quite watery and convinced there was no apple as it tasted mostly of spinach. Please don't try scam your customers when you are running out of stock. Be honest and tell them you can make something else. Very disappointed. Also new menu isn't the best. Missing the acai bowls and...

The bazilian staff who work there is very kind and helpful to explain how it works and to provide suggestions. Recently, there's a mexican guy working there who never smiles. He's not welcoming at all and twice he chopped my salad too fast that he dropped part of it on the floor and he didn't care even to apologize. Moreover, I was a regular customer there until a couple of weeks ago, because the food is usually fresh, but I had a very bad experience. I bought a bowl of mixed of the house salad about an hour to the shop closing time and after eating it I got a severe diarrhea for 2 days. I deffo don't know if it all happened because of the chicken breast or the blue cheese or any other ingredient. I only know that, unfortunately and since then, I'm so afraid of eating at...

RIP to chopped. Considering it is in the name… none of my food was infact chopped. I used to love this chain: big portions, very finely chopped food using a double handed knife on a chopping board … fast forward to now: half the size of original portions and the salad was “chopped” lightly with a dough cutter whilst still in the cardboard salad bowl…. Sad to see the demise of such a promising idea.

Today I was fired from my job without any prior notice and I was left homeless. I went to the mall and grabbed some water because that was all I could afford. The people here turned out to be wonderful, wonderful people who gave me a salad and free food. I really recommend this place and I will definitely come back here soon. You are wonderful. I really recommend it.!!

I popped into Chopped at the ILAC Center and had the Mexican salad. super fresh and full of flavour! What really made the experience great was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, and the manager in particular was so helpful and kind.
