FANCL Ginza Square — Attraction in Tokyo

I was very very surprised with the staff's attitude. It was my first trip returning to the same outlet after covid. I reached their 3rd floor at 748pm on 12 Sept. I started to place order on the products I wanted. I already know what I wanted, they just need to take for me cos the stocks are not on the shelf. One of the lady keep looking at her watch non stop. So I asked them what time the shop close. And she replied 8pm. I said dont worry I will be fast as I know what I wanted. For the next 5 minutes, she continued looking at her watch and keep giving me tsk tsk tsk sound oh my god to my horror. Within 10 minutes...I settled my orders and paid for the bill. To FANCL GINZA, if you don't intend to let ppl shop during the last 10 minutes, please close your door and stop accepting new customer. I should have gone back to shinjuku lumine...

I visited the Fancl Ginza main store recently and was very disappointed by the service. The staff, particularly a Chinese trainee, was rude when interacting with me, from Hong Kong, especially since we struggled with Putonghua. Despite expressing our concerns, the trainee argued rather than offering better assistance.

This experience was surprising, as I've been a regular traveller to Japan for over 20 years and have always received warm hospitality. It's disheartening to see this behavior from a Chinese worker at Fancl.

Additionally, there was no senior manager available to address our complaint. I hope this feedback helps improve the service...

Stores are cute and have special items. However, staff there on the 1st floor has poor service. They just stand on a side and chat with each other. I told them I need tax free and have basket of products on my hand, asking them where are the makeup product, they just told me 3rd floor without telling me I can get all items on 3rd floor together. So at the end, I made the purchase separately and unable to get tax free for one item and can't get the free gift even I buy a lot. Very unhelpful staff. Should have go to other Fancl location like those in a department store. They offer examples and much...
