I'm very disappointed. I bought a 72-hour ticket for 1500 JPY and didn't use it. I had a receipt and came to return it, but they also needed a paper envelope. It's just a piece of paper, but they didn't refund my money, even though I showed them a receipt from the same office and a ticket I kept in perfect condition. They said it takes time to process the return without a paper envelope, and there's no guarantee they will do it. Despite trying to check something on a computer, they still rely on paper and fax machines. It's not the end of the world, but I was very...

Good place to buy 24 hour tourist subway ticket. Although it was difficult to find on maps. It is on B1 (underground) and follow the signs to 'Marunouchi Line'. The location is just by the gate to...
