Arguably one of the worse rental experiences I've ever had. The first day I moved in the oven didn't work. That took a week to fix. The shower had a few minutes of hot water before it turned cold. That took six weeks to fix. The toilet backed up. As a new place there is a lot of renovating happening. Three days after I moved in, one renovator repeatedly violated house rules by drilling, etc. after allowable hours into the evening. Was told a half dozen times to stop but he continued until the building manager heard about it and threatened to pull his license. I told security who were supposed to report it to the manager but never did (even though they told me they would). My experience with security is they are poorly trained and will sometimes lie to you. My experience with maintenance is the same. There is a guy below me with an acoustic piano who often plays past midnight. I told the management office but they said there was basically nothing they could do. I contacted the developer and they never replied back although they said they would. I talked with the management office again and this time was told all they could do was talk to piano man. But when I said I would play my music at all hours as well, only then did they say they would talk with him. But they never did. I went back to the mgt. office and talked with some other staff (usually not in the office). They told me they would give piano man one more chance to shape up, but later I found out they are going to give him three more chances even though this has been going on for three months. You cannot trust most of the people who work here to take your problem seriously. Here's my scorecard: Security: F (poorly trained and sometimes dishonest) Maintenance: F (poorly trained, not honest with me at times, takes too long for issues to be resolved) Management: C- (Manager ok but she doesn't get sufficiently involved as much as she should. The staff cannot be trusted to know what to do or what they tell you. Didn't take my problem seriously. I could say a lot more but just disgusting how they handled this.) Amenities: B (The pools look ok and there is a lot of space to chill. The gym(s) are too small, in my opinion. Location: A (The location is good with Lalaport next door and public transportation nearby.) Final Thoughts: If you live here, expect a lot of noise especially due to renovation work, probably somewhere around your unit. And be forewarned, based on my experiences the renovators act entitled and inconsiderate. The one that we booked asked for deposit, Still waiting for refund of deposit. Damn angry! They say cannot transfer back through ewallet! Take money can but come to refund can't! Must be through bank account! What if kana scam by the bank account number??!!
When we asked about the details of exact location they said will only share on the day itself. Location will be near the sales gallery.
They informed a few hours before the check in time that the unit we booked is under maintenance and have to give us another unit at T1 level 22. ??!! We have no choice as it has passed the free cancellation time frame. Lucky they have another room else we will be stuck without a room & have to do last minute booking elsewhere. Last minute booking is usually much more expensive.
We drove a big round to find the exact location (as they mentioned it's near the sales gallery).
When we reached they said they will get someone to open the mail room for us to collect the key from the mail box. Waited for about 10-15 minutes. ??!!
After having the access card we thot driving in & out is easier but no. We still need the security guard to open the gate for us to drive in or out. Once the security is busy with incoming car we have to wait til he is free to open the gate to let us drive out & the other way round too.
Everywhere in the condo needs access card to access even going out to the mall beside this condo. We are only given 1 access card so we have to go out & come back together.
The bed frame is not properly fixed. It is fragile & seems about to give way.
Wanted relax & watch a show on TV in living room but the sofa in living room is uncomfortable.
The balcony door unable to lock.
The curtain quality bad that it is so difficult to close the curtain.
Bedroom door cannot be close properly. Have to lock it in order for it to be properly closed.
Hot water from the shower only less a few minutes. After that it is not hot enough.
The air con in the bedroom is not cold enough. Time for servicing.

This suite with private pool and jacuzzi was supposed to be our last family night before going home from our vacation in Malaysia. We saved the best for last, at least this is what we thought. We booked the night between 27th - 28th of july and my two daughters have been talking about it for a long time.
The evening, 26th of july (night before) at around 11pm we had a text from the hosts saying there are no rooms available for tomorrow, the very same date i had confirmation from over six months ago. They asked us to cancel our booking. When I look at the listings they still have the exact same room available for MYR 9000 per night and we were only supposed to pay MYR 317 for our one night.
I will attach pictures from our confirmation with specified room marked in red. I will also attach a picture taken the very same morning we were suppose to check in, for the very same room but with new price, MYR 9000. At last i will attach the text i was sent day before arrival when they ask me to cancel the booking.
I really believe these people dont care about theire customers and I truly believe they are scammers, i can see many other, almost similar, scenarios but im not sure if its the same hosts since there are private persons renting out the suites. The hotel looks amazing and its probably not theire fault. But I really think this particular host is a scam and should be blocked from renting out suites, hence why i share all this information for the hotel to recieve. I would not want to run a beautiful building and not get high google rating. I sincerely hope you do something about this host in suite T2-13A-09. If not for the customers sake, then do it for your own reputation.
