To express my disappointment with the service I received at your TRX outlet during my visit today. I visited the store with the intention of trying the Rebel V5, but the salesperson simply pointed at the shoe without offering any assistance, sizing advice, or follow-up questions. This lack of engagement made it clear that there was no interest in helping me find the right fit or model.

Additionally, another staff member at the counter also demonstrated poor behavior, reinforcing the sense that customers are not welcomed or valued at this location.

I called this outlet few weeks back to ask for 1080 unlaced if its in stock but the staff said the model been discontinue and only sell online. I've talked to HAFIZ and he's the one who suggested and advised how to choose the right size for this type of model. He spoke to me as we've been knowing each other so well and I'm convinced that he is very knowledgeable and the best in his field.
