So fun!!! Recommend leaving at least 45 minutes for the climb if you don’t intend to take the gondola. We ended up sprinting up the pretty tough climb to make it for our resveration (they also were *very* chill about the “arrive 20 mins early” recommendation from my confirmation email - we did not have to rush). Location: you won’t see the sign until you get down by the luge ticket center... kind of tough to find! They let you jump a second time for only $30 if you want to after your first one!! this was a blast. Not crowded at all and everyone was very friendly.

Huge thanks to all the staff who made our experience so amazing on Monday. Everybody was encouraging and friendly which settled the nerves. A special to Jess who took great care of us and even encouraged an 82 year old lady to do the jump. So highly recommend this experience to anyone just thinking about it. Sincere thanks, Helen (Gardiner) and Lily

In 1993, I was backpacking through town and became a test-jumper for this new bugy location. I even have a Certificate. Looks so exciting even today. I hope to make it back and jump again (from Kansas, USA)!

I did the Ledge bungy almost 3 weeks ago now. I found the staff quite unfriendly compared to other adrenaline attractions in New Zealand (the staff at Shotover Canyon Swing are amazing), as others have said they rush you through, plaster your weight in bright red marker on your hand, and there is no chatting or banter at all. I did this bungy on my own (not with my friends) so it felt even more awkward.

Please be careful on this bungy - I got massive WHIPLASH. I was not warned about this or advised on how to brace myself (I just ran and jumped straight forward). Because the rope comes from your waist and not your feet, you bounce on your back, and my head whipped backwards so hard :( When they pulled me up I mentioned I had hurt my neck and they did not care at all, as I had signed my life away. I wish I had paid the extra money to do the Nevis (my friends had a good experience at that one)

I would NOT recommend...

We were bought tickets for this while we visited queenstown. Our overall experience was amazing! The staff were really friendly and the whole process was really straightforward. The staff made us feel really comfortable, they were super enthusiastic and encouraging. There's a little gate there to block you while they hook up the wires and I nearly walked through it without thinking but they're so strict about your safety so that's another win. We purchased the digital video and photos as well. It seems overpriced at the time but considering how many people we've shown and the overall experience I think its totally worth it. Also our tickets were bought off of bookme so it was a little bit cheaper but for sure would do this again and have been recommending it ever since! Thanks to the team that were working on Friday 11th June. You guys...

What a professional company, and reliable operation. We booked the night before via ticketing office Happy Travels, and then arrived at the AJ Hackett Center to check in on the morning. Once weighed in, we are boarded onto a mini bus and taken out to the bungy and swing location, about 40 mins out of town. You cannot get there via your own transport.

The swing was amazing, I could not have been any more nervous before swinging out, but the staff were so reassuring and made you feel at ease as best the could. The free fall then calmness of the swing was an experience to remember.

I was so impressed with the production quality of the video footage and the photos, that I bought the bundle (which can come on USB, USB3way, and USB5way [phone port plug ins], or DVD).

The bus then takes you back into town, making the total time...
