Mama's Sushi — Attraction in Waitematā

I love this place! I come most days, great "A" grade well deserved, I appreciate the take away plates that come with my sushi, this makes it easier when taking away and also if I need to eat in. The service is always so genuine and pleasant, that's one of the reasons I return, plus the food is always fresh and so affordable!!! Thank you...

아침에 스시집에 들어갔는데 잠깐 마트에 간다고 나왔다가 다시 스시집을 들어갔습니다. 한국인 두 분에서 일하고 계셨는데 제가 다시 가게로 들어가자 한 아주머니께서 “아침부터 왔다 갔다거려”라고 말씀하셨고 밖으로 나가셔서 소금을 뿌리시고 들어오시면서 “버스에서 보든 말든 소금뿌렸어”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 물론 저한테 그런게 아닐수있다고 생각했습니다. 그런데 제가 4번이나 주문할게요 했는데 들은척 만척 하셨고 다른 분이 주문하신대라고 말씀하시니 그제서야 오셔서 불친절한 태도로 주문을 받으셨습니다. 상당히 고객 서비스가 없으신 모습에 한국인으로서 너무 실망스러웠고 아침부터 기분이 좋지 않네요 다시 방문하지 않을 것 같습니다.

I went to sushi restaurant in the morning, but I went to a mart and then I went back to sushi restaurant. There were working two peoples and when I went back into the store, a worker said, "It's been going back and forth since morning." And she went out and put salt on it and came in, and she said, "I been sprinkled with salt doesn’t matter bus saw it.” Of course, I thought it might not to me. But when i said order four times but she pretended to be not listening and another worker said to her. and then She came and took the order in an unkind manner. I was disappointed and angry because she very unkind customer service. I didn’t feel good from morning. So i don’t wanna...

Hello I did an order last minute this morning for lunch today. Anna was very helpful and even though they don't deliver we were able to pick up. No problems We had the best sushi ever very fresh and looked amazing. Thanks From Auckland Family...
