Super impressed with the quality of their food. They pay attention to all details. We ordered the parmigiana melanzane and it was the right amount, they made sure that it is crisp to the taste and partnered it with a simple salad but an elegant and real quality olive oil. Our starter sith veal tartar was excellent with taste with the different flavours mixed and with a great taste! Overall, this is the best Italian place serving really high quality of food! Today I learned that even the things I would avoid, can become an essential part of a wonderful creation that I would have missed otherwise. Meal: as mentioned in another review, some dishes were unflavored, such as the lamb ravioli and pork belly. The polenta amuse bouche was tasty, as well as the truffle flan and carpaccio.
