I had the pleasure of visiting the Let's Relax Ginza branch in Bangkok recently, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ve been to a fair number of spas, but this one really stood out, especially thanks to the incredible service I received, beginning with the receptionist. First Impressions As soon as I walked in, I was immediately struck by the clean, calming atmosphere. The spa has a very modern yet cozy feel to it, with soft lighting, pleasant scents, and relaxing music playing in the background. It felt like the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. But what really made this place stand out was the warm welcome I received from the receptionist. I didn’t expect the level of attentiveness I got from the moment I stepped through the door. Fantastic Service from the Receptionist I was greeted with a smile and a genuine, “Welcome!” right when I walked in, which made a huge difference in setting the tone for the visit. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make me feel comfortable. She didn’t rush through the check-in process at all, and made sure I had all the information I needed about the services they offer. She also asked a few simple questions to help tailor my experience to what I was looking for. For example, she checked if I had any areas of tension or specific preferences for my treatment, which I really appreciated. It showed that she wasn’t just going through the motions—she genuinely cared about making my experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The receptionist took the time to explain what to expect during the treatment, which helped me feel more at ease. Afterward, she walked me to the waiting area and gave me a moment to relax before my treatment started. The Treatment: Exactly What I Needed The treatment itself was fantastic. The room was peaceful and inviting, and the therapist really knew what they were doing. The massage was perfect, and I felt completely relaxed throughout the session. I loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made the experience stand out, like the temperature of the room being just right and the calming music playing in the background. But again, the overall experience felt that much better because of the receptionist. She made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. She even checked in with me afterward to make sure I was happy with the treatment and to ask for any feedback, which I thought was a nice personal touch. Little Things That Matter What really stood out to me was how the receptionist paid attention to the small details. After the treatment, she offered me some water and explained a few ways I could continue the relaxation at home, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated. It was these little things that really made my visit stand out compared to other spas I’ve been to. She also took the time to thank me for coming and said she hoped to see me again soon. It wasn’t just polite—it felt genuine, and that made the experience feel even more special. Conclusion Overall, my visit to Let's Relax Ginza was fantastic, and I can honestly say the service was top-notch. The receptionist made a huge difference in my experience—her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail made the visit that much more enjoyable. If you're looking for a great spa experience in Bangkok, I highly recommend Let's Relax Ginza. The treatments are excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a little relaxation. If you happen to meet the receptionist during your visit, know you’re in good hands—she truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

Made a reservation for 4 pax. They had a package for 2 hours (1 hour massage, 1 hour scrub. Asked if was possible to adjust to 90 mins massage and 30 mins scrub and initially given a quote for 2600 Baht. I asked three times to make sure, as we weren’t sure if the lady understood fully. Once we were inside getting the scrub, I reconfirmed the timing with our masseuse. At the time she left to check with the counter and we were told we had been quoted the wrong price and had to pay an extra 650 Baht. It just took away somewhat from an otherwise pleasant experience as we felt a bit pressured to pay as the scrub had already started. Otherwise place was clean, peaceful and very comfortable. Staff were polite. Our massages were absolutely great, good pressure and hit all the right spots - although I wasn’t too keen on having a wet towel on my hair at the end of the massage. We even got mango sticky rice at the end! I would have given 5 stars if not for the administrative problem.

I'm not a big massage guy but this was a worthwhile trip. My wife was gifted some vouchers for her birthday so we decided to go for a foot massage as well as a back/shoulder treatment. The whole experience was very easy and relaxing. We were served welcome drinks and then brought into the holding room where they washed our legs, before being brought into a large room where we were to receive our treatment. Our masseuses were very good and attentive to our needs - my wife told mine that I'm not keen on firm massages, so my guy went easy (I think). My wife was very happy with hers too and we had no complaints about this experience as a whole. Just be mindful that this is more pricey than a healthland or your street side massage parlour BUT you do get what you pay for. I think the 2hr Thai massage was around 1,200 THB versus healthland which is around 600-700 THB.

Worst massage ever had Paying premium but receive lousy treatment

I booked aroma oil massage (2hours) for husband and myself a month ago, and we did not late for the treatment but turns up 30mins earlier. still didn’t get it why we will receive such services and treatment.

1st scenario: The massager lead way to our treatment room and we thought they will begin with feet washing before heading to the room, but the massager say it will be done in the room. When we arrived our treatment room, the massager ask us own-self wash hand and feet???!!! We feedback to the receptionist and one of the receptionist mentioned no feet washing for booking of oil massage??!! We do understand they will ask us to take a bath before the massage begin, but we told them we had a shower in the hotel room before heading to the SPA.

2nd scenario: The massager did not put on pressure for the whole session, is like rubbing oil on my body and my husband also getting the same. Spent 15 to 20mins on each arm and leg, less then 10mins on my shoulder and backâ€Ķ at the end of the session, my husband’s massager is preparing hot towel and she left the tap running after she gone missingâ€Ķ. I’m sure the two massager swap position after the other one is back from missing.

Last scenario: Normally, the session will begin with back (face down) and then turn over (face up) afterwards, but this was doing opposites way, I’m pretty sure all the sessions will begin from back, doesn’t matter what treatment chosen?? We being to many SPAs, and never had this before, I guess the staff was unhappy or tiredâ€Ķ. They should take time off go...
