DO NOT buy return tickets from the top!!!! We got down and were told to move to the very end of the queue - had to wait for an HOUR to go back! I had no signal there so couldn't even order Uber/Bolt. Our car was left at the top and it's about 40 min walk up the hill... NO ONE AT THE TOP TOLD US ABOUT THE WAIT TIMES (we wouldn't have bought tickets if they did). And they also let some pre booked groups go without the queue so you have to wait even longer in that wind and watch some lucky guys sit in the tram instead of you. Asked the driver at the top why they do this but he didn't even get what the problem was and told they have to put us at the end of the queue as otherwise those who start from the bottom would have to wait too long (HOW ABOUT US???) and it's impossible to foretell the wait times as they vary - what's the problem getting that time from your colleagues at the bottom? There's a quick change over halfway up the hill, you walk through the engine house which has lots of old photos and information as you pass through. There's some bronze age mines at this stop too if you did want to leave here and have walk around or up to the summit. The views are stunning.
