The hotel is very well located in the city center on a picturesque green street. Despite the fact that this is the center, it was very quiet at night. The traffic on the street is very weak. Chernyshevskaya metro station is 5 minutes. Nearby there is a 24-hour shop where you can buy products. And the metro is full of various cafes. What a drama. I reserved via an agency, turned up and realised I needed a code to get into the apartment (pleade note this is serviced apartments, not a hotel). Called the apartment, no reservation. Called the agency, reservation is at a different address, 15 mins walk away, and I need to send them a copy of my credit card and my id. Excellent location but resultingly very noisy when windows are open; no air conditioning and too hot when windows are closed (still noisy too). Wifi didn't work, no reception or contacts for help. Third floor (there's a fourth, too) with no elevator. Suspicious emails sent by company asking for additional credit card details despite us prepaying.
