I have been waxing for 7 years now, and recently I had the worst waxing experience I have ever had. My usual technician, Neusa (who is wonderful, btw), was on vacation so I did my usual full body with Simone. Simone seemed like she was rushing throughout my appointment but I didn't think anything of it until she did my Brazilian. She put some wax on my lips, which you are not supposed to do because there is no hair and is a super sensitive area, and she pulled it along with the rest of the hair. I have built up a good pain tolerance from the years of waxing, but this was ridiculously painful. She didn't say anything so I didn't there was anything to worry about. After she was finished, there was dried wax left all over my bikini area, along with a little bit of hair, and the spot where she pulled the wax would not stop bleeding (still bleeding 3 hours later). I was humiliated and scared so I didn't say anything in person, but I should have. I'm giving them 2 stars despite my usual great experience with Neusa because I cannot understand how management could hire someone so obviously incompetent and careless like Simone. If you go to this location, PLEASE request Neusa. I would not recommend anyone else since management did not have the training and discernment not to hire someone who would hurt the client and not say anything. I will keep coming to this location because of Neusa, but I am completely disappointed with this...

I've been to a few wax places, and I never really found the right person that made me feel comfortable while giving me the best wax possible -- but that isn't the case here. Let me just say, Kaitlyn is the absolute best! I adore her. I have never been more comfortable with someone than I am with her. She remembers my needs, because I do have stubborn hair areas and she always goes the extra mile pulling out the tweezers for those stubborn ingrowns -- all while having great conversation that distracts me from the ripping process. I don't care if I had to move an hour away, I would drive just to continue getting my waxes from her. I could go on and on about how fantastic she is at this job, but I don't want people thinking this is a paid ad lol. So if you are trying to find your waxer and you factor comfortability into your decision then I am telling you request Kaitlyn! Because she does the job better than any waxer I've ever had. I can't sing her...
