My experience with Jeff was wonderful and he pushed me to reach new limits. During our boot camp session, I was introduced to new exercises (which I still use today) and worked all core muscles in the process. Jeff was a great motivator and really encouraged our group to test our physical ability. The Pi chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at Georgia State University loves "Fitness with Jeff"!!! Jeff was so much fun to work with and he really got our fraternity excited and enthusiastic about working out. It was a great time. After the intense work out session Jeff even played a game of kick ball with us. I look forward to hopefully participating in Fitness with Jeff in the near future.
