They were extremely prompt very attentive spoke to me as a true friend prior to me becoming a client. Explained the fee structure to me extremely well and encouraged me to the cheaper one as a way to start my investigation. Like many they found discrepancies from what information I gave them. So currently I am in the denial phase of there findings because we were investigating that I had fallen in love. So you naturally want to believe the woman because love is bliss. But she's got a lot of explaining to do before I proceed in a long term relationship. The story sounds like she is putting a scam in motion for $$$ after 3 months of texting.

Right now I would have to give this agency and my investigator very high marks. The girls story is perfect it doesn't make any critical mistakes just very small ones and I do that when I tell a story over and over. Right now I would have to tell you to hire this firm and ask for Mr Forbes who is extremely kind and listens prior to talking. Will send contract & debit credit card immediately, but will promise report and not deliver when promised. Called to inquire about report and phone was disconnected. Told them I was very comfortable with past information and they charged me for multiple lengthy reports about the subjects past. We agreed that this was a very time sensitive investigation, please make sure that your time frame and immediacy agrees with their time frame. The investigator that was assigned came from out of town and I was charged mileage from the out of town office. Spoke to them about my disappointment with their service and bill; was told I better not write a negative review.
