It was disorganized chaos. When I arrived at Amazon Locker location there were people everywhere, but no one was behind the "counter". I saw a large pile of packages stacked in the corner, but not a single employee. I stood there for a few minutes, wondering if it was at all possible that we were expected to just leave the items here unattended, then finally a girl in street clothes carrying a backpack walked in and went behind the counter. She took the box from me and said "you're good". She was not wearing a uniform and she did not have a badge or a nametag. She definitely was not there when i arrived. Quite frankly, I wasn't sure if I was being helped or scammed/robbed. I sat in my car wondering if I should even leave since the return was a $400 dollar item, but I received an automated email saying that the return had been received at the Amazon Locker location...so I crossed my fingers and hoped that that was good enough. I am astonished that a company as large as Amazon can't do better than this apathetic shoddy setup since they went to all the trouble of setting up a nice, professional looking storefront. This seems like a great concept that is being poorly executed... It...

I dont think that would be the case in the day time since its shared parking with other businesses. While at home, I was sent an email that my order is at the Amazon location and the email gave an option to click when you're ready for pickup so they can prepare your order (I clicked this when I was about 5 minutes from the Amazon location). A bar code was given in the email to use to scan on the machine with my smartphone in the amazon location (There's a code given in the email that you can physically type into the machine if you don't have a smart phone or not so techy). I drove to the location and scanned my barcode on the screen below the number that I was instructed to go to in the email. After the scan, a locker popped open and inside was my Amazon box. There is an employee at the site to help if you have any issues. Once done, I made a right, drove a few blocks, and was back on I-75! Great, fast, experience and great view...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePerfect place of you want to watch the locker perform a magic trick of making all your packages mysteriously disappear without a trace. I had two packages IN A ROW, go missing at the locker. The first time when I contacted them about it, they refused to give details about how my package mysteriously disappeared, just told me that there was no way at all I was getting it back, and told me I'd have to get it refunded. Which great, sounds good, I'll refund it and order it again. Then, two weeks later when I order it again, the SAME EXACT thing happens where it makes it all the way to the locker and disappears without a trace and there's no explanation given at all. Now I'm stuck waiting for two weeks to even get a refund for an order I know will never show up. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially after seeing the reviews for the locker. If you like talking to Amazon customer help all the time trying to find the package, you'll have fun here! But if you want your package anytime soon, wouldn't...
