Gyro Bros. — Restaurant in Atlanta

This was my first time at this place and I had a great experience here. I came over here about an hour ago. The guys there were pretty cool and chill especially the big, muscular dude at the register. He was super friendly and helpful and asked how I was doing today. I don't think I ever recall ever being at a restaurant or fast food place where someone, after taking my order, asks me how I'm doing today when he didn't have to. The food was great. I had the philly gyro, the chicken gyro, and fries. The portion size for the gyros were big and delicious. I had planned to go elsewhere for lunch prior and opted to come over here instead. I ordered a Gyro combo (Gyro and salad). Cost about $15.

Food was 3/5 aka average. It was decent for the price. I’ve had gyros from all over the country and I kept help but feel that the Tzatziki sauce was lacking in flavor a tad bit. I was kind of sad about it as that’s my favorite part.

Loved the side salad with the Greek balsamic dressing. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. The dressing kind of saved the gyro for me when I added the dressing to it.

Good portions for the price. Which is why they got 4 stars instead of 3.

The atmosphere is good too, they had Rush Hour playing on the tv so it was a vibe. Good customer service, the employees there were nice and the place was clean. It is a small space however, but it was fine for me as I dined alone. Would be a nice place to grab lunch during a lunch...

I came in with a general question about a charge on my account from gyro bros after calling for two weeks I was told to come in and ask for a manager named Grey who did the transaction as i proceeded to explain the possible issue to him he kept putting me to the back of the line while he dealt with other customers as i finally got a chance to explain he said that they didn’t take the card I used when gyro bros was clearly on the statement I showed him the issue became more about your customer service grey I supported this establishment for years and to be treated like that was very uncomfortable I hope that you can learn from this experience and treat paying customers with the respect they deserve...
