Subject: Disappointing Customer Service – Employee Charlotte

Dear Baltimore Museum of Science Team,

I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service my partner, Victor Perego, and I received from one of your employees, Charlotte, during our visit today. We are in Baltimore celebrating our marriage and were excited to include the museum in our plans, but Charlotte’s behavior was far from welcoming.

Her cold and dismissive attitude made it clear she had no interest in assisting us when we asked about tickets for the Halloween event. Instead of helpfulness, we were met with impatience and indifference, which greatly diminished our experience.

We expected a more professional and friendly atmosphere from such a respected institution. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate actions are considered to prevent similar situations in the future. IMAX at the Maryland Science Center.

Maryland Science Center Baltimore City located at the end of the bank of the Patapsco River.

This Imax is equipped with a giant screen, a wonderful sound system, and a comfortable sitting chair. This is the right place to see the scientific movie and learn something attractive and interactive. What I saw at my visit there was a movie about underwater life and exploration.

Visit there for you and your kids. It is so fun to see and to learn something. If you want to go inside there's an admission to be paid and worth what...

Biggest, baddest screen in Baltimore. Only TRUE IMAX screen around - don't be fooled by the "IMAX Digital" screens at most theatres AKA LieMax; it's not the real deal. The sound system here is insane as well. For the most amazing movie theatre experience in Charm City - this is it.

2/13/24 Update: The MD Science Center IMAX screen has not shown a commercial (hollywood) film at least since 2019's Avengers Endgame. I emailed them asking why and they responded they have no future plans to begin showing them again. Shame. No IMAX...
