Everyday I try my best to be a good and loving person. In this world I feel that if you’re surrounded by evil, resist the temptation of falling into the trap of bad habits, things, people and find a way to forge your own path. More often than not you will see people follow what you have provided to offer. As tough as it may seem to go against the grain or not fall into temptation. Each time you resist the urge to fall into a trap, you make a forward move in your life. Spiritually, mentally, and physically. If you’re someone who is struggling with something that you feel (will never end) is troubling you. Stop, write down the feelings you are having, and return to them a day later, week later, month later. And ask yourself, have I improved? Sometimes, the answer to that question is no, and thats okay. My late grandfather had always taught me that patience can pay off for those who are the strongest and most diligent. In todays society, everything and everyone is consumed by overstimulation. Too many things going on at once for your spiritual mind to process and develop. This then leads to frustration of misunderstandings. The question of, why? If you can understand that life is not supposed to be easy, but waves of good and bad, you will then be set free into a new realm of exploration. Do not fall into the habits of comfort, for you will not want to leave them. Fall into the new and challenging habit you want to form and become someone who you believe can be so much stronger, become someone who you would want to be proud of. And just remember, the sun is always going to rise and set every morning, giving you another opportunity to expand your infinite potentiallity. #mentalhealthawareness #bodybuilding #leadership
