Emerson Cutler Majestic Theatre — Attraction in Boston

I was very pleased with my experience overall. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the show we saw (Potted Potter) was fantastic. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because there were quite a few tripping hazards around the stairs to get up and down to the Box Seats where I and my mother were sitting without any signs or warnings, causing us bother to roll our ankles multiple times. The chairs in the box seats are also quite unstable and made me feel rather uncomfortable as a bigger girl. Just a few easy fixes and this experience would have...

I was sitting in the Dress Circle, row 3, and while I am not tall - 5'10" - my legs were not fitting and my knees were pressed against the row in front of me. The first part before the intermission was tolerable, but the second was ruined, even a great performance could not compensate for the pain in the knees. We went to watch Passagers from 7 Fingers and had a blast (great time). The Theater is quite classic and has that vibe to it. Don't expect it to be as humongous as Las Vegas theaters though. We sat in the Orchestra (Central) section. However, you won't be disappointed from picking any section as you will get a good view from pretty much everywhere.
