Love this store! I will make special trips from out of state to go and shop every few months to see what's new. Unfortunately on this last trip I left disappointed by the staff. After spending $600 I asked for a couple of their small paper sacks (has their logo on it) to use as gift bags for items that I bought from there to give to some friends back home. I wanted my friends to know where their things came from, making what I bought more unique and they are just neat bags. I thought it would be no problem. Free advertising for them. But the staff refused to let me have them. I left bewildered by this and was like this makes no sense? So I went back in again and asked for a manager and she was NOT friendly AT ALL, (not even sure she was a manager honestly), and said for theft reason they don't give them out. I was like I am walking out the door and going to another state and just bought several items. I asked what if I just had you bag them separately when I checked out? She informed me that if it was for a gift they would not do it. How is it my problem they are not watching what people are doing and bringing in their empty sacks? I didn't just walk in and ask for a sack as a souvenir, I literally just bought items from them. I even offered to buy them. I have never felt such ick when I left there. If I didn't love their store so much I would not be going back. I hope they straighten out their theft problems and not continue to take their frustrations out on paying loyal customers and make them feel like they would steal from them. My message to all is, do not tell them you are buying anything as a gift. They won't give you a paper sack, but a plastic one...
Read moreThis giant warehouse is a gem, just steps away from the bustling Landing and quaint downtown. Chic, with a perfect balance of home goods, curated vintage and unexpected antiques, it’s a delightful place with great aesthetics. Our experience went south when we ordered a black coffee and it was a chore to get the staff’s attention to do so. As we meandered this lovely floor, it became apparent that the coffee was just bad— a few hours old? Low quality to begin with? Coming from someone not native to Branson, Missouri, I have to rate this surprisingly spendy black coffee 3/10. We headed back to the “coffee shop” and saw condiments on the counter so I put a little honey in it, hoping to make it palatable, rather than explain to the staff of homeschool girls that it’s 2023 and people generally expect more than church basement coffee for nearly $3.00. We heard astonished laughter behind us, then one of the girls bravely came over to tell us that customers are not allowed to manage their own drinks. And those condiments were only for…waffle purchasers? So we were stared at by staff and made to feel pretty dumb. We continued to peruse and still bought items but I would say maybe don’t call it a coffee shop. Or, do, and have your staff visit some real coffee shops and train them to have gracious...
Read moreI read the description three story a antique store and I was so excited to visit. I found the store was a cross between Pottery Barn, Urban Outfitters, and Anthropology with sone vintage items thrown in. Most of the vintage items were the cheap quality items or even stuff previously sold at Target. Though there were nice new items the prices were way more than I would pay. I was hoping for a true antique and vintage store, but this wasn't what I imagined. I can see how the store is appealing to others though. There's a cute coffee shop inside and my family enjoyed...
