If I could give 0 stars I would. Just a couple of hours ago, one of the managers at Action Territory called the police on my brother, who is autistic and has OCD, and had him escorted out of the facility and told him he could not return. Now, he is in his 30's (though he has a child's mentality when it comes to interests), and very much struggles to understand social ques and situations. He was using the restroom, and like him, he was singing and making weird robotic noises. He normally takes a while in the bathroom to work through his compulsions and sometimes this includes him making noises. After being in the bathroom for a while, he got a knock on his stall door from police officers, and, from what he explained, fire fighters as well. As it seems, they were asking questions about what he was doing and what he had in his bag. He asked them if they would like to look through it, and was eventually escorted out. Now, he is mentally ill, however, that does not mean he does not experience embarrassment. This whole situation left him, and I quote, scared at whether or not he was going to get tackled to the ground and handcuffed, anxious about the number of people there asking him questions, and embarrassed about the whole situation. Then, to add to it, the manager told him that he was not welcomed back, but he could call in a couple days to a week to ask if it was ok to come back, which obviously shows that after the manager had an actual interaction with him, he probably realized that he wasn't a druggie shooting up, but mentally ill. This is not the first time this has happened to him in his lifetime and I am enraged that in 2019, there is still little to no training at businesses for recognizing and communicating with a mentally ill individual. My brother shouldn't have to be scared to go out to different establishments. My family shouldn't have to worry about him when he goes places because he may be mistreated or WORSE. Thankfully the officers obviously had enough training to know he was mentally ill, however, it could have been extremely bad if that was not understood by those officers. Obviously, Kenosha Action Territory is insensitive to mental illness and Autism in general and I hope no one else has to go through another experience like this. People with mentally ill loved ones, be aware,...
Read moreMy significant other and I gave this amusement park a chance with a brief visit. The parking lot was packed! That was an iffy start, but also not entirely bad, as that could have shown that people loved this place!
We went inside and walked around a little bit. Eventually, we went to the Ticket Sales counter to purchase tickets for the Go-Karts and Bumper Cars. We bought the individual tickets, as we weren’t planning on staying too long. The Go-Karts tickets were $8.50/Ride each person and the Bumper Cars were $4.00/Ride each person.
We proceeded to go outside to hunt down the Go-Karts area. The line ended up being really long, so that was a bummer. There’s not much they could have done about that, except maybe open an additional track. I’m kidding, of course. The Go-Karts were alright. I wasn’t a huge fan, but they were worth a try.
After the Go-Karts, we went back inside the building to find the Bumper Cars. They weren’t far from the Ticket Sales counter. Our wait for those was fast! They were pretty goofy, but they were worth the money. I came out a little dizzy!
We looked at the menu at The Eatery. This was a food joint that they had inside of the facility. I ended up purchasing a Soda S, Nachos, and Cheese Curds. For the Soda, I chose Pepsi. My significant other got a Soda M and chose Diet Pepsi. They gave complimentary jalapeños with the Nachos, so that was cool. The Cheese Curds had 1 Sauce Included, so that was cool as well. I chose ranch for the Sauce. The prices were friendly here. The food didn’t take long at all! We sat down at a table that they had nearby. The Drinks were great! The Nachos were tasty, especially with the jalapeños. The Cheese Curds were awesome. The ranch amplified the flavor! I was impressed by their food. It was nice to not expect much and come out being more pleased than I planned on being.
The cleanliness of the whole campus was impressive! For there being a lot of people in attendance here, the grounds were kept up with!
The staff that helped me throughout my visit were all pleasant to deal with. Everyone had the right attitude for being in the place that they were.
Overall, I was impressed for the amount I spent compared to the quality I received. I’m glad I tried them out!

Read moreThey are very fun, especially in the summer. However, one big downside is that it is quite pricy. You can get a good day there for about 30 dollars a person. There is a wristband for about 20 dollars a person for three games, go karts, bumper cars, laser tag. But if you have four people you're looking at about 80 dollars for those three games, and their arcade, which in my opinion, is quite lame. A lot of their games are fun however, especially the outdoor games in the summer. There is a pool with water gun bumper cars on the water which is really fun. There is a go-kart racing which is quite fun. The quality of the go kart is a hit or miss, though. The laser tag is okay, but there are sometmes rude people in there. There is also a diamond theif game where you try to be the fastest to touch something, dodging the most lasers. Some of the arcade games are okay. Only a few are fun. The bumper car arena is very small, and unless they make it bigger, it's quite boring to say the least. There is a big play house for children (under ten years of age I reckon,) which is pretty fun to play in. The food at Action Territory is a little pricy, and the quality of the food is a little better than moderate at best. The tickets-to-prize system is a rip-off, but that's to be expected, because that's an arcades main source of income. They also offer a mini-golf course which is also fun, and has a fair amount of challenging courses. A fantastic place if you're looking to chill with the family for a few games. Action Territory overall is a good place to bring your small children, but any child over or at the age of 13 I'd not recommend going unless you're doing the main games. (Go-karts, mini golf, laser tag, bumper cars, water-bumper cars, Escape game, maybe some of the arcade games.) If your child is under 11 then this is a good place to bring them for a birthday party as long as they have a lot of friends and you have a...
