My 8 year old I decided to try something new in Bristol so we ended up here. There were 3 different themes to choose from and Twister was rated the easiest game of the 3. We had one hour to put together different clues that would help us escape. You get 3 free hints if you are struggling too bad. I initially thought the hints were not going to be necessary and make it too easy to escape but I was wrong! Haha! The hints from game master Emily was totally necessary and she was great! Even with the help we still had so many locks to open before we could actually complete the game’s story line. It was very challenging and so much fun! The girl that answered the phone when I called today was very nice and super helpful answering all my questions. You need to arrive 15 minutes before start time and when we did, the girl working was great explaining everything and making us feel very welcome and excited to play!! I personally wouldn’t recommend taking children under the age of 8 to play with you because it was pretty challenging and most kids under 8 wouldn’t be able to help very much and probably would lose interest and get bored before the hour is up causing you to be distracted. This is an absolute must do and probably the best place to go for fun here in Bristol!!! Highly recommend and will definitely go back to try the other 2 games. Oh and the price for myself and my 8 year old daughter was $48 and some change. Totally worth it though in my opinion!

My boyfriend and I moved here to Bristol from Orlando Florida because of the beautiful views and the wonderful people of this area. I took my visiting 19 year old autistic grandson on an escape. Being elderly and frail I was in able to accompany him. He just happen to have reservations for a time when no one else was booked. I was concerned but the sweet young girl in charge took extra special care of him. It just happened to be their most challenging escape. She went with him to make certain things went okay. He struggled but with some help he got through 80% before the hour was up. He was very happy and proud. Besides, since I bought his nonrefundable ticket I told him if he changed his mind or gave up on the escape he would clean my house. Oh well guess I will be doing the cleaning. So, big thanks to Tri-Cities Escape Game on W State Street, Tennessee side.

My Wife , my Daughter, our two Grandsons aged 9 and 11 years old and myself were "locked up" for our first time in a dinosaur lab experiment gone bad. Unfortunately we got eaten. But before that we had great fun trying to save ourselves and I suppose , the world. I can truly not think of another experience where it seemed the youngsters and the oldsters were on equal footing. We all highly recommend Tri-Cities Escape Game as a unique, inventive, top class professional fun experience for all ages (that's "all ages" at one time together).

First, My Background with Escape Games: My wife and I have experienced nearly thirty escape rooms, mostly near Orlando, Florida, and Virginia. Typically, we just do them just as a party of two. We favor story, theming, and scenery: we're looking for immersive adventures that are impossible to get at home. Fantasy, science fiction, and horror are the genres we tend to gravitate towards, and we prefer them all with a healthy dose of whimsy.

Tri-Cities Escape Game: The two of us were making a trip through most of Tennessee and Virginia, and wanted to stay somewhere around halfway. I based location on escape room reviews! Tri-Cities Escape Game seemed to have the best ones, and also, a dinosaurs-themed room! Plus, their website is clean, informative, and easy to navigate, which was a nice introduction to their business. We experienced Leviathan Lab, and were not disappointed!

Leviathan Lab: If you like Jurassic Park, or are a dinosaur fan in general, you'll probably like this room. It's not as much of a multi-room adventure as some of our very favorites, but the main room is bigger than many we've been to, so I think their listed max of eight people wouldn't feel cramped, and there's enough nonlinearity that everyone could be working usefully on something.

For the two of us, it was a good challenge: we did escape, but we used up all of our four clues. We were very close, though; the little nudges just ensured that we experienced everything, and I think we might have still just gotten out without help. The puzzles all made total sense, and were themed appropriately. I really liked being in the space: it's the first room we've been to with an aquarium! I'm sorry that I don't remember the name of our game master–we were in a rush due to unexpected bad traffic along the way–but she was friendly, professional, and gave good clues with fast response. If you're an escape room fan, and passing through Bristol, you should definitely book a room here. There's unfortunately nothing else I know to attract us to the area, other than route 81, but I'd go a little out of the way to come back. Tri-Cities Escape Game...

My friends and I are seasoned escape room enthusiasts. We have previously visited this location and had an excellent experience. Last night, we visited this establishment and encountered an exceedingly unpleasant experience. It is surprising that this is the first time we have left feeling dissatisfied, despite the fact that we have visited numerous escape rooms over the years.

The person we expected to provide us clues was unavailable throughout the event. Clues would be requested, but we would not receive a response. He neglected to supervise the cameras. We were required to submit multiple requests for a single clue. On a few occasions, we discontinued our attempts to inquire, as he failed to respond.

Consequently, we were unable to hear his response, and despite being made aware of the situation, he did not attempt to raise his voice. Additionally, the clues he furnished were disadvantageous. There were numerous instances in which his clues were unhelpful, and he remained unresponsive despite our feedback. At one point, he instructed us to move on from that puzzle and proceed to the next one, as he felt that he was unable to effectively communicate with us. I was taken aback.

I believe that our time and money were wasted. Despite the evening's intended enjoyment, we left feeling frustrated. He did not make an effort to offer an apology. With escapes declining in popularity and closing, it is imperative that the ones who are still in business do...
